Aum Watch the mind. Try, try to watch the mind. Allow the mind to drop its memory. Just do it, something like the memory, the recollection, is suspended. No memory. There is a kind of bafflement to begin with, no memory and abide as the pure being. It’s not losing memory, it’s suspending memory and just be. Just Be. Now comes the primordial thought, the most fundamental thought, I Am but no further memory. Memory which is the mind is a tool, an instrument with it I Am, by suspending it I Am, that is freedom.  Freedom from the known, freedom from the thought process, something like I Am but no thought process. Freedom is love. Love is of the being, being is love, love is not of the thought process, that is attachment. Love is of the being. Love expresses itself, in that expression language has no ?(9;30) because language is memory. That expression is the sound, not the linguistic sound but the intonational sound Aum, which is no different from the upcoming breath, now thrice. Aum..one Aum..two Aum.. merge and Be. That is the supreme spiritual practice if you will, merge and Be. Meditate on the being, same as meditate by being. Meditation is not doing, even thinking is doing, meditation is being. Meditation cannot have any result because it is not a karma, it is being, just be. Just be. A slight alternation, be yourself, don’t be this or that, just be yourself. See that yourself is not anything particular, yourself need not be anything particular, just be yourself. Particular is nama-roopa, you can be without nama-roopa, just be yourself. Why nama-roopa? Just be yourself. There is peace in being yourself. No peace, only agitation in nama-roopa, just be yourself. I am, most certainly I Am, without being anything particular. Be aware of the body, stretch it upwards while pressing the legs to the ground. Allow the shoulders and the hands to relax, sport a smile, thereby relaxing the face and the brain. Look at the brain, the brain cells, bring out from the brain all that is known, don’t ask how, just do it. Bring out in the head all that is known and reject it. Again, bring out from the brain cells all that is unknown, what all the brain does not know, innumerable languages, places, things that are not known and then reject. Leave the brain alone, come down into the heart, and just be. Just Be in the heart, in the center of the heart. Be as yourself. I am. Simple. I am. Single. I am. Aum shanti shanti shantiH.
