Aum Watch the mind, it’s a flow, flow of ideas, thoughts etc. Flow is not the problem, the problem is identification because of which the flow acquires a power. When you do not identify, the flow is irrelevant. I allow the mind to drop its content. Simply I let go. I let go and I remain, sheshaH, I remain. Simple, single, being awareful that is meditation. I remain simple, single, awareful presence. Things happen as they happen. What needs to be done gets done smoothly, spontaneously, without any friction, whereas; I remain simple, single, awareful presence. That is like meditating. I am aware of the body, the posture. The posture can impact the state of tamas, rajas, or sattva. I keep it sattva by stretching the back while pressing the legs to the ground, that sets aside tamas by increasing alertness. Just read like you read a book. Watch the shoulders and hands, and allow them to relax while sporting a smile on the lips. When the face relaxes, the brain relaxes. Now do not move, do not get distracted, just be. Sthira sukham asanam. Just Be. In the being there is no naam-roopa. Just Be. Now, be aware of the right leg from the toes to the seat, including the knee caps and the thighs. Be aware of the right lege. The right leg comes into the focus of awareness, while the rest of the body remain in the background. Now, feel the aliveness in the right leg. The power of life, the aliveness in the right leg, take your time, get hold of aliveness in the right leg. Remain still and get hold of aliveness. Now feel the aliveness in the left leg. Same way, be aware of the left leg, it comes into focus, feel the aliveness. As you feel the aliveness in the left leg, it is obvious that mind remains silent, meaning there is no flow of thoughts. Feel the aliveness in the left leg. Come to the abdomen, tummy, chest, the backbone, the entire trunk, feel the aliveness. The back remains stretched. Now, be aware of the right hand, the entire hand from shoulders to the fingers and fingers to the shoulders, the right hand and now feel the aliveness in the right hand. Same way, left hand. Left hand comes into focus, feel the aliveness. Now, head, neck and above, feel the aliveness. Now, feel the aliveness in both legs and also both hands simultaneously. Both legs and both hands. Now feel the aliveness in the entire body, be still and feel the aliveness. Don’t allow yourself to be distracted. If you are earnest, you will not be distracted. Feel the aliveness in the entire body. The aliveness has no shape, the shape is of the body. Really it has no name also, we call it something, but no name. Feel the aliveness. It’s interesting to note that the aliveness is everlastingly the present. The time in terms of past and future cannot touch the aliveness. As aliveness you are truly timeless. Time comes from the mind, there is no time in the aliveness. Remain alert, still, feel the aliveness, go deep, go deep. Aum shanti shanti shantiH. Relax, sit at ease while keeping the eyes closed, remain with the aliveness. It helps you to become familiar with the Reality, nameless and formless and also timeless. Nameless, formless and timeless, they are not something theoretical, they are now and here, that is meditation.Slowly open the eyes. Aum
