There is a beauty in such harmonious awareness of the surroundings. There is a beauty, cannot be verbalised but certainly felt in the harmonious awareness of the surroundings. I drop all agenda, all choices and am harmoniously aware of the surroundings. Harmonious awareness is meditation in which there is neither agenda nor choice about the things around, about the people around, in the society and also in the family and also about the events happened, continuously happened. Be harmoniously aware of the surroundings. In awareness, nothing is excluded, it is not concentration where you have to exclude something and focus on a given thing. On the other hand, as you are harmoniously aware, you are not excluding anything, you are not resisting anything, you are just aware without any agenda or choice. Therefore, you can notice, as you are harmoniously aware of the surroundings, there is no dissipation of mental energy, because there is no exclusion, there is no resistance, there is no effort. That is the story of harmonious awareness. Interestingly, when you are aware the mind is silent. Be aware of the space around you, akasha dhyanam, just be aware of the space around. Certainly, there can not be any agenda for space. Beautiful. Be aware of the space around. Be aware of the wide open sky, that envelops everything. Be aware of the enveloping space. There is a beauty in the awareness of space. What is space? The Being. Without a form and a particular name. All is enveloped by this space, the nameless and formless being. Be aware of the spacious being all around enveloping everything. REally, you are aware of what is, you are not speculating, you are simply aware of what is, the spacious enveloping being. Now, look within, again the spacious awareness. Inside also the spacious awareness, full of harmony and beauty. Be aware of the spacelike being within, be the spacious awareness. It is worth noticing that till you allow the lump of mine and me, the inner awareness remains spacious, harmonious and beautiful. Just be the spacious awareness in which there is harmony and beauty. Be the spacious awareness. Be aware of the body, may be would like to stretch it upwards while pressing the legs to the ground, that makes the mine alert. Be aware of all that movement. Now, a challenge, challenge yourself, can I be aware of this body without a choice or agenda or even a judgement, like young or old, sick or old, beautiful or ugly etc.? That is the challenge. Challenge is being aware of the body, certainly not thinking about the body, that is painful, just being aware of the body as it is without any agenda and any judgement, neither good nor bad. There is harmony in such awareness. Then, be aware of the mind which is a flow of thoughts, emotions and ideas. Be aware of the mind, the flow, this mind. Avoid the lump of my mind, just this mind, that is a challenge, this mind, this flow. These thoughts, these emotions, these ideas of oneself, of the world and of the god, they are the ideas, these ideas. Be aware, again; without judgement neither good nor bad. As you are aware of the mind without judgement, that avoids conflict, there is harmony and beauty in that harmony. Finally, be aware of your own being. The body is doing action, the mind is thinking, also an action and you are the being. Leave doing and thinking aside and be aware of your being.
