Aum. Take a deep breath consciously thrice now and abide as the pure being. Understand or see that the being is free from the multiple concerns of the body and the mind. There itself is the bondage of the body-mind and there itself is the freedom of the being. I stand at the junction and I am free to move into the freedom of the being. Nothing can prevent this movement except myself. I am free to move into the freedom of the being and also being is love not the love of something in particular, that is attachment, just love, undirected love. Just Be. A simple prayer is an expression of the love, with the natural sound Aum along with the outgoing breath, thrice. Aum...Aum...Aum. Merge in the silence. Sthira Sukham Asanam. First sthira then sukha. Sport a smile. Allow the sense of mine and me to evaporate upwards. Asanam. Simply abide peacefully as the awareness pure, egoless, choiceless. Asanam. Be aware of the surroundings without any judgment, without any choice, with acceptance. Be aware of the body, again without any judgment, neither good nor bad. The body is as it is and I am aware. Be aware of the body without identification. Be aware of the sense of touch, again try to avoid identification, just try. Be aware of the sense of touch. Now I am aware of the inner organ, the mind, with all its movement, the entire mind and try to understand its content of knowledge of the intellect, in the form of ideas and concepts. Many ideas and concepts and attachments, attachments to things and to people, aversions towards things and also people, then emotions, some likes and dislikes, desires, expectations, interests, fears, worries, anticipations etc. This is the content of the inner mind and I am aware of this content. This content is as complex as the outer world. I am aware of this content, without identification, try, this content, without judgment, try, without an opposition, I am aware of this inner content. Now I look at or hold or find the desire for things, the desire about people, very specific or very general the desire, even expectations come under desire, even interests, sometimes called hobbies, come under desire. I hold this entire structure of desiring, I stand apart as a awareful being and hold this structure of desiring and offer it as an oblation to Ishwara, kamam juhomi svaha, again kamam juhomi svaha. Watch the inner, without any identification, it is possible, certainly without judgment and opposition. Hold the fears, some specific fears, worries about future of myself and also of others, include the worry of spiritual progress. Any anticipations, this is the structure of fear, it is always about the future as imagined by mind. I hold this structure of fear (?), stand apart and offer as an oblation to Ishwara, Aum, bhayam juhomi svaha. I am free, I abide peacefully in myself, I am myself. Just be yourself, not the self manufactured by the mind, just be yourself. Just Be. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and be yourself. Slowly open the eyes. Aum.
