Aum. Take a deep breath thrice and abide in pure being now. I rise above the concerns of the body and the mind and abide as myself. With the concerns of the body and mind weighing down, without the concerns of the body-mind, I am myself. Rising above the concerns of body-mind, will it hurt body-mind or favor body-mind? Really it favors the body-mind. Seeing that , I rise above the concerns of the body-mind and abide as myself as pure being which is freedom, now and here. Freedom is love, not the love of something in particular, just the quality of love. Without freedom, there can be no love, freedom is love. Love is beyond language. The prayer of love is the intonational sound Aum, the nature's sound Aum, the sound which is not mind made, Aum. We chant Aum mentally thrice with the out going breath now. Aum...Aum...Aum, just merge in the silence. Now Sthira Sukham Asanam, first sthira then sukham. Now you do not move, sukham. Finally asanam, sport a smile, eyes relax, allow the mine and me to evaporate upwards and just abide as yourself in yourself with yourself. I Am. Be aware of the posture, the body and feel the aliveness, the life in the right leg, all of it, the entire leg. You take your time, get hold of the feeling of aliveness in the right leg, try. Don't ask how, try. Don't move, ignore all urge to move and feel the aliveness in the right leg. Hold onto the aliveness in the right leg, now the left leg. Do not allow yourself to be distracted, entirely focus on the left leg and feel the aliveness. Feel the aliveness in the trunk of the body, the middle portion of the body, the abdomen, the stomach, chest and the back. No movement except for the breath, Feel the power of life in the middle body. Feel the aliveness in the middle body. Now feel the aliveness in the right hand. Be cheerful, don't be tight, be still, be focused and feel the aliveness in the right hand, left hand, head, neck and above. Now feel the aliveness in both legs and both hands at the same time. Feel the aliveness in the entire body. Be like a breathing statue and feel the aliveness in the statue. While feeling the aliveness in the entire body, see that aliveness has no shape, the body has shape but not the aliveness, it is the shapeless in the shape. See that aliveness is the foundation of living. In the business of living we forget the aliveness, it is the foundation of living. As you feel the aliveness, the mind resolves, there are no thoughts. See that aliveness is impersonal, the impersonal foundation of the personal living. Feel the aliveness in the body. See that the aliveness is timeless, it is ever now. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH.
