Aum. We begin the meditation in the body-mind dimension but as we take three deep breaths, we move into higher dimension of pure Being, now. Just Be. Just be yourself, try to be yourself, single and simple meaning no labels, no identifications, no definitions, just simple and single. Just be yourself, try. Being is love of no thing or nobody in particular, just love. Love expresses as simple, non-linguistic prayer in the form of Aum thrice now. Aum... Aum...Aum. Merge. Now be aware of the posture, the sutra Sthira Sukham Asanam, begin with sthira, legs are fixed, back is stretched, shoulders and hands are kept loosely or held loosely in the Being mode not in Doing mode. Meditation is not doing, it is Being. Therefore, shoulders and hands relaxed, that relaxes mind also. Allow the muscles of the tummy to relax, as you say to yourself, there is nothing to worry or fear, that helps in relaxing, the chest relaxes, recollect the meditating Buddha, sport a smile, everything in the freshness of the present moment. Eyes relaxed, the forehead relaxes, allow the mind and the brain cells to evaporate upwards, the me, that relaxes the brain cells. Just be yourself, abide in yourself, Asanam. Stop waiting for anything, don't wait, just be in the present moment, the now and abide in yourself. Simple and Single. Abide in yourself, as I abide in myself, I do not feel the need for anything, there is no sense of want, there is no fear or worry for anything, that is what I am, simple and single yet no want, no fear. Asanam is meditation. Be aware of the posture, the body, this body. Challenge yourself, can I look at the body as this meaning not mine not me, just this, can I? Leave the question unanswered, this body. Be aware of the right leg, all of it, left leg, both legs and the loins. This is Prithivi . The abdomen, AapH, Waters. The stomach, AgniH, Fire, universal not personal. The chest, Vayu, universal not personal. Space, neck and above in particular the throat, it is space, mouth is space, nostrils and sinus are space, earlobes, in and through ears, is space, predominantly space, neck and above. This body, the assembly of five elements. Look at the mind, this mind, with its ideas, thoughts, worries, wants, this mind. Again a challenge, can I stop identifying with the mind? Again, can I avoid identifying with the mind? Watch the intellect with its store of information, this intellect. Watch ego, cert one relationship and watch the movement of ego in that relationship. Any effort to derive benefit is ego, watch the ego's movement in the cert relation, try. This ego, all of this is Kshetra, the gross as well as the subtle is Kshetra and I Am aware of the Kshetra, be aware of this Kshetra, the gross body, the subtle mind, intellect and ego, I am aware of. Again I am aware of the gross body,t he subtle body, intellect and the ego. I Am Aware. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and be aware, be aware. Be aware, nothing in particular, just be aware. You can be aware something in particular or simply be aware. Be aware of the eyes and slowly open the eyes. Aum.
