Aum. I take a deep breath consciously thrice, one, two, three. Thus, I transport myself from the body-mind delusion to the higher one of awareness, awareful Being. Just Be. Just be yourself meaning without any imaginations, without any labels whatsoever, just be yourself. Pure Being is love like a fragrance to the flower. Pure Being is love. Love expresses as a simple, non-linguistic, motiveless prayer Aum, thrice, with the outgoing breath mentally, now. Aum...Aum...Aum. Merge. Such prayer purifies the mind. Now Sthira Sukham Asanam, approach the asana with the freshness of the present moment, not with the memory of earlier experience. Asana, fresh asana, the feet, legs are fixed on the ground, stretch the back upwards, shoulders and hands are kept losly, look at the muscles of the tummy and do an auto suggestion to relax, saying just Be, recollect bhagwan Buddha in meditation, sport a smile, the face and the eyes relax. Allow the sense of me and mine to evaporate upwards and allow the brain to relax and just Be. Without moving, sthira sukham asana. Just Be, still. Be aware of the posture, the body, the sensation of touch all through the body, understand the sensation of touch just by being aware. Can you see that the sensation of touch is a flow, it's a flow. Visualize a river in flow, smoothly, silently flowing. Now be aware of the sensation of touch. Now be aware of the breath, do not judge the breath neither good nor bad, just be aware. Be relaxed but alert and awareful , be still and be aware of the breath, just be aware, do not control the breath. Are you exercising your will in breath? See that, stop exercising your will and simply watch the breath. Breathing happens, I do not breath, try to see that. Again breath is a flow. Now stop exercising the   will to make the breath deep and long, deep inhalation followed by deep exhalation now. Deeply inhale, do not hold the breath inside and then slowly exhale, again do not hold the breath outside. Slowly and deeply begin inhalation, continue. I am inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly that makes it one round without holding breath anywhere. See if speed has picked up, slow it down, continue. This is called Anulom Vilom PranayamH. Now introduce the mental chant of Aum while exhaling only, now. You inhale deeply, don't hold, while exhaling chant mentally the Aum and complete the exhalation that is one round. Like Aum one, two, like that continue. Aum merges in silence and the breath begins from the sense. Aum. Even while continuing the slow breathing with Aum of out going breath, stretch the back upwards one time. One last round of Aum, continue slow breathing without Aum, continue with conscious slow breathing without Aum. Stop exercising the will over the breath, but continue to watch the breath, it takes a time in withdrawing from the breath. Allow the breath to go on usually and watch. Watch the flow of breath. Stop watching the breath, just be yourself, just be yourself without imagination of yourself. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and try to be yourself, just try, try to be yourself.
