Aum. I am aware of the immediate; the mind, the body and the world, i.e. is the immediate. God is unknown, immediate, I am aware of the immediate; the world, the body and the mind with their issues, jobs to be don, the concerns, the desires and the fears, the worries, the needs. This immediate as though binds the spirit that is myself. I am aware neither accepting nor rejecting, just aware of the immediate. Then, I take a deep breath twice consciously and in the process rise above the immediate, now. Just Be. Just Be. I Be.   Being is freedom. Being is freedom and freedom is love. Sthira Sukham Asanam. Sthira Sukham. Begin with the shoulders, keep them loose, not hunched up. Recollect the imperceptible smile of Dakshinamurty. Sport a smile. Allow the sense of mine and me to evaporate. It will go if you allow it to go. Then look at the body, the posture, Asanam. This body. I watch the body and keep it still, no movement. I accept any discomfort in the legs or in the back with a smile and ignore any urge to move and I hold the body motionless. I hold the body. Normally body holds me but now I hold the body still like a statue, breathing statue. The only movement is of breathing, the tummy rising and falling, chest ever expanding and contracting, very little expansion and contraction, no other movement, that makes you utterly thoughtless. Something like, between I and the body, there is no mind. You are in a state of alert silence. Keep the body still. If the mind wanders, if at all, bring it back and keep the body still. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and relax. Slowly open the eyes. Aum.
