Aum. Look at the body, this body and at the mind, this mind. Mind is its content. This mind of thoughts, these thoughts, these emotions, these vasanas, this mind. While consciously taking a deep breath twice, rise above the concerns of the body and the mind, now. Just Be. That simple it is to rise above the concerns of the body and the mind, just take two deep breaths and Be. It cannot be done anytime, anywhere. Just Be. As I Be, I am free from the immediate, free from the immediate. Just Be. That freedom from the immediate blossoms as love and love is prayer, simple prayer of the single sound Aum thrice now. Aum...Aum...Aum... Merge in the silence. Now Sthira Sukham Asanam. Look at the posture in the freshness of the present moment, without allowing the memory to intervene, very simple and make it sthira. Begin with the legs and then stretching the back upwards and then fixing the posture. Then sukham, begin with the shoulders and hands. Move through the tummy, chest, sport a smile. Squeeze the eyes one time and keep them lightly closed. Allow the sense of ego to evaporate, come down between the eyebrows, throat and the heart. Abide in the heart as the feeling I Am. Asanam. Thus asanam helps to explore myself, myself that includes the body-mind and the awareful I Am. That is myself. What is is myself. The world is uncertain, the God is unknown, myself is what Is. I Am. I should not underrate myself. Myself is what Is. Note down. World is doubtful, God is unknown, myself is the Certain. As part of exploring myself, I look at the body. Outwardly the body is all smooth, properly shaped and all that but inwardly a skeleton. May be lying down, may be standing, may be sitting, still a skeleton. Many bones put together. I look at the head which is really a skull. Two holes for the eyes, two holes for the ears, nasal bone, two holes for the nostrils, one hole of the mouth, cheek bones and the jaw bones. This is the head, stuck to the neck bone which is connected to the back bone backside and the rib cage in the front and collar bones on either side connected to the shoulder blades which are further connected to the bones of the hands, the arm bones, wrist bones and the numerous bones of the fingers. Then the rib cage, a cage of bones, rows of bones, the rib. Going down, the back bone is tucked into the hip bone to which are attached, the thigh bones, knee caps, the leg bones, ankle bones, heel bones, the numerous bones of the feet and toes. Thus this skeleton, surrounded by flesh. The flesh is in turn called by skin. Visualize the body without skin, covered by skin, circulated by blood, covered by ?.   A tool of action in which all actions happen. The body acts guided by the mind. I inhabit this body. I illuminate, make evident this body. I inhabit this body as I Am in the heart. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and relax. Slowly open the eyes. Aum.
