Aum. While taking a deep breath twice consciously, rise above the concerns of the body and the mind, now. Just Be. The body-mind and the world, the Prakriti, plods on. It is possible to rise above their concerns and just Be. Body-mind is the product of time whereas Being is timeless. And therefore; freedom. As I abide in the Being, body-mind becomes a sport, a play on the stage of the world. Body-mind plays out its destiny whereas I just abide as the pure Being. Being is love and love is the prayer Aum, thrice now. Aum...Aum...Aum... Merge. Sthira Sukham Asanam. Be aware of the posture, make it sthira. Now, you don't move anymore then make it sukha. Sport a smile and just Be. Asanam. The body is still and the mind is still. Asanam. Do not wait for any further instructions. Keep the body still. Be cheerful and still. If there is an urge to move, ignore it the first time. If you oblige and move the first time, soon there will be urge to move again and the cycle repeats. Therefore; take it as a challenge, ignore any urge to move. Keep the body still. See that there is no movement except the breathing. The stomach slightly rises and falls all by itself. The chest drags very slightly and there is stillness, cheerful because of the smile. Any discomfort in the legs is accepted cheerfully, any pain in the back is accepted happily. As I keep the body still, between myself and the body there are no thoughts, myself, keeping the body still, makes the mind still. Visualize a pot having murky water, kept in a dark corner, not moving, the water becomes pure. Come back, body is the pot, mind is the water, I keep the body still so that mind becomes pure and serene. I keep the body still. If mind starts thinking or gets distracted, don't be annoyed, just watch the distraction, that ends the distraction. Look at the body and keep it still. don't become sleepy or lazy, if that happens, stretch the back upwards, regain the full alertness, then be cheerful and keep the body still like a breathing statue. Make the body a breathing statue. Be still. Go deep into the stillness. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, now you can move a little. Continue the stillness of the mind, don't be effervescent and relax. Slowly open the eyes. Aum.
