Aum. Look at the mind, watch the mind. It is all memory, mind is memory and memory is past. Allow the mind to drop the entire past. The past successes and also failures or drops, something like I make myself free from the past. I Am. When the past is dropped, am I continuous? Without memory, am I continue? Does that mean I Am discontinuous? Neither. I Am. Continuity and its opposite are in the mind, simply I Am. Who am I? By keeping the memory aside, can that question be answered? Can memory be suspended? Who am I? That is Atmavichara, exploring the Self, who am I? Without the intervention of the memory, who am I? Am I honest in dropping the memory or do I want the memory back? Do I want to be the person of the memory because I am addicted to the person of the memory? Or do I honestly explore? Who am I? If I rely on memory about myself then there is no Atmavichara, honestly there is no Atmavichara. But when I am willing to give up the addiction to the memory, the addiction to the past, that opens the door to Atmavichara. It's a weighty matter. Who am I? I Am. I am what I am. Pending discovery, whatever I Am, simply I am. The inconquerable truth about myself is I Am. The truth of myself which is never in doubt is I Am. Truth liberates not the idea of truth not the concept of truth, truth liberates. Truth is I Am. I am, Am. I meditate on what? The truth. Truth is I Am. Non-verbal I Am. I am not linguistic, I Am the pure Being, the truth. I Am. Visualize a tree with the roots fixed in the ground but reaching heavens with the branches, meditating, the tree meditating. I am the tree. The body, the bones and the flesh and the fluids fixed to the ground by gravity; whereas I soar to the heavens, to the divinity. I am the tree. I Am. I abide peacefully in myself, I Am. I abide peacefully as myself, I Am. I abide peacefully with myself. I Am. Desireless I Am. Fearless I Am. I am myself. Neither this nor that just myself. Simply I Am. Singly I Am. Who am I? I Am. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease. Avoid effervescence of the mind, continue the feeling of I Amness and relax. Open the eyes. Aum.
