Aum. Whatever be the concerns of the body and the mind, I should rise above those concerns for two reasons; one - be able to deal with those concerns properly, two - to know my real nature; swarupa because the incidental and contextual will not cover up the real. The incidental and contextual may not cover up the real. Take a deep breath consciously and rise above the body-mind now. Just Be. Be yourself, neither this nor that, free from all labels and descriptions. Just be yourself. Being yourself is freedom which is ever fresh, timeless and freedom is love. A simple prayer which is merely an expression of love. Aum thirce now. Aum...Aum...Aum... Merge. Sthira Sukham Asanam. Sthira; keep the posture still and erect. Sukham; shoulders and hands, tummy, chest. Sport a smile. Squeeze the eyes one time and keep them lightly closed and relax. Allow the sense of me and mine, first notice them in the brain and then allow them to evaporate and see the freedom without mine and me. Come into the heart and abide as I Am. Sthira Sukham Asanam. I AM. Neither this nor that just pure I Am. Being myself, alert and aware, silent is meditation. I Am. Now I watch the body which is obviously the skin, outer skin, inner flesh and the skeleton made of bones with plenty of fluids in between. Begin with the head which is a skull but for the cover of the skin, it is a skull. Two holes in the place of eyes, just two holes. A nasal bone and two holes at the end. Two holes in the place of ears. Cheek bones on either side, the jaw bone, the hole of the mouth with two sets of teeth, dentures, even smiling with a make ever? smile. This is the head of the skeleton. The neck bone, shoulder bones, particularly the shoulder blades, the blades and the bones, the skeleton of the hands hanging on either side, each hand a set of hanging bones ending in fine thin bones of different ends. ? Take a ripped cage, a bill like set of bones, bone after bone making a cage. Hand, the lengthy back bone attached to this cage, all the way down to the hip bone, the hip bone, the wide hip bone like a winnow basket from which hang two long bone structures called legs which have the thigh bones, knee caps, leg bones, ankle bones, bones of the heels, the multiple bones of the feet hanging as the bones of the fingers. From head down to the rib cage, back bones, hand bone, hip bones, thigh bones, knee caps, leg bones and the bones of the feet; this is the skeleton, filled with flesh and fluids, put in place by the thick covering skin. This is the cadaver which I inhabit presently this skeleton, neither beautiful nor ugly, just a skeleton, this skeleton. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease. Just relax. Slowly open the eyes. Aum.
