Aum. Look at the body, have to practice viveka as long as there is the tendency to identify with the body, this body. The body has its urges, the idea is that I understand. Looking at the body as this body creates a beautiful space. Look at the mind, this mind. This is certainly more difficult but then practice, this mind. Interestingly as long as you look at the mind, you remain thoughtless. The mind has its pleasures and pains. Meditation consists in rising above the concerns of the body and the mind, that is meditation and that is done simply taking a deep breath consciously twice now. Having risen above the body-mind, just be there as the pure Being. Being is timeless, therefore Being is freedom which is love. Prayer as Aum thrice now. Aum...Aum...Aum... Merge in silence. Do not wait for any instruction, just be silent. Silence is timeless whereas anticipating, waiting are time. I become silent, tell yourself I become silent. I drop all plans and become silent. Chup. I witness, does not do any work, neither selfish work nor selfless work, neither work of this world not the work of other world, I become silent, chup. I drop even idea of not working, neither working nor not working, simply chup. About thinking, there is nothing to think about the world, there is nothing to accomplish in the world, there is nothing to enjoy in the world; therefore I stop thinking about the world and become silent, chup. Nothing about myself except becoming silent, chup. About thinking God, Ishwara, how can I think about all pervading Ishwara? I cannot. Therefore with all humility, I simply become silent, chup. Do not allow silence to make you sleepy, stretch the back if you are not alert and then be silent. Having set aside all vasanas that prevent inner silence, now I go into maha silence, the great silence. Suppose a thought comes, don't condemn, don't judge, see that thought instead of coming its going, allow it to go and be silent. Suppose the thought comes, even a thought is Brahman, the object of thought is Brahman, chup. Do not move, suppose thought comes, see that the thought comes by God's will and become silent, chup. Chup. Do not try to understand the silence that disturbs the silence, chup. Pure silence is the supreme spiritual practice, the supreme prayer. I become silent, chup. Chup is the great catalyst for the inner silence, use it effectively and merge in the glory of silence, chup. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, continue to be in the silence and relax. Don't be effervescent, be silent and relax. Slowly open the eyes. Aum.
