Aum. Look at the body as this body as long as the sense of my body persists, so long practice the viveka looking at the body as this body. The body has its urges and needs, this body, this mind.Try to see the mind as a bundle which it is, that helps to get some space, this mind, the bundle of notions, thoughts, ideas, fears, desires etc., the bundle, this bundle, not so much my bundle, this bundle. All this is Prakriti. As I witness them without identifying, I am the Purusha. As Purusha, I am above the concerns of the body-mind. As Purusha, I am above the concerns of the body-mind. Take a deep breath twice consciously that takes you above the body-mind. Just Be. I Be myself. I Be. Being is freedom. I love to Be because I love freedom. Love of freedom is Mumuksha, I love freedom. Freedom is love. Aum is that love in expression. Aum thrice now. Aum...Aum...Aum... Merge in silence. Silence, not the word, not the idea, simply silence. Do not grasp the silence with the mind, just be silent. Do not try to understand or access the silence, be humble and merge in the silence. Silence is meditation. Be silent. Silence is the supreme prayer, supreme spiritual discipline, be silent. There is nothing in this world to be done, neither selfish work not unselfish work, nothing. I just become silent, Chup. Even the idea that I do not do work is unnecessary, I give up even that idea and become silent, chup. There is nothing to accomplish in this world; therefore simply I become silent, chup. There is nothing to enjoy in the world; therefore I simply become silent, chup. There is nothing to think about the world, the unreal world. What is there to think? Just become silent, chup. Do not move, chup. There is nothing to think about myself; whatever I think is not the real self anyway. Therefore, may I become silent, chup! Ishwara is all pervading, inter penetrating all. How can one think about Ishwara? Therefore may I become silent, chup! Here comes a thought, I do not judge it not condemn it, I allow it to go, I become chup. Here comes the thought, it is not coming, it is going, I let it go and become silent, chup. Here comes a thought, it comes by God's will, I see that and become silent. Here comes a thought, even this thought is Brahman, chup. Go deep, chup. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, keep the eyes closed and remain silent. Relax silently. Silence is divine. Relax, slowly open the eyes. Aum.
