Aum. Look at the body and say the body has its urges then look at the mind and say the mind has its pleasures and pains. Now while consciously taking deep breaths twice, I rise above the concerns of the body-mind, now. And Just Be. Just be yourself. You are yourself until you imagine yourself to be this or that. I drop all imagination about myself. I do not depend upon the mind to know myself. Then I am myself. Just Be. Very simple, no effort is involved, be effortless and just Be. Just Be. Being is timeless and therefore freedom, free here and now. And freedom is love. I love to be simple and single. I love to be simple and single. The prayer of love is simple and single. Aum thrice now. Aum...Aum...Aum... Merge. Be aware of the posture, say Sthira Sukham Asanam. Sthira Sukham. Sport a smile. As the sense of mine and me evaporate, the brain relaxes and just Be. I am the effortless Being. Just Be. Be aware of the surroundings   and accept the surroundings. The heat or cold or the sounds, accept the sounds, accept what is. Be aware of the space in the mouth and keep the tongue in the center of the mouth without touching up or down, keep the tongue in the space in the mouth. As you do that mind becomes silent and the awareness deepens. Keep the tongue in the space of the mouth. Now come to the eyes, both eyes, squeeze them twice and keep them lightly closed without pressing the eyelids. Even as your attention fixed on the eyes, there could be a small movement in the eyes, the eyelids, but the attention is motionless. Be aware of the eyes, netradhynam. Again, as long as you are aware of the eyes, the mind remains silent and the awareness deepens. Be aware of the eyes. Now, try to keep the irises motionless in the center. They are in the center, they are motionless, yet you keep them in the center motionless. There could be a movement in the irises, but irises are in the center, motionless. Mind remains still and the awareness deepens by keeping the irises in the center, motionless. Keep the irises in the center, motionless. As the mind remains still and the awareness is deep, I say Shivoham. Keep the irises in the center, motionless. As the awareness deepens, say Shivoham...Shivoham...Shivoham. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, allow the eyes to relax, the eye muscles could be stretched a little which could be very nice. Relax and slowly open the eyes. Aum.
