Aum. Look at the body, this body, cut the mind this mind. Take a deep breath thrice and in doing so derive the strength from within to overcome the concerns of the body and the mind. Again while taking a deep breath twice, tap the inner strength, not to depend upon the outer tap, the inner strength to overcome the concerns of the body and the mind now. One, two and just Be, I Am. I Am, the pure Being, beyond all self identification of the body-mind, I Am, the pure Being beyond all concerns of the body and the mind. I Am, the pure Being, which is freedom and freedom is love. I Am and I pray the simplest of the prayers, Aum, the cosmic sound along with the breath outgoing which is also cosmic, thrice, now. Aum...Aum...Aum... merge. Now Asanam, Sthira Sukham Asanam. Be aware of the posture in the present moment, this posture. The legs are fixed to the ground, back stretched upwards then shoulders are relaxed, the tummy and the chest, sport a smile. Allow the sense of me and mine to evaporate. How would it be if the sense of mine is altogether gone? Is it frightening? Could be. Is it also freedom? Yes. See that, it is frightening yet it is freedom. Freedom is frightening to begin with. Allow the sense of mine to evaporate from the head above and now slowly descend to the eyes, mouth, neck and the heart and stay there as I Am. Abide in the heart as yourself I Am. Be aware of the eyes, the physical eyes, which are the seed of sight. Explore the sight. Sight brings in forms and colors, colors into myself but am I really colored by these scenes, by these forms and colors. It seems that it is not so. In spite of seeing many things, I remain what I am. Have seen with this sight many things but still I remain the scene, I Am. This is very interesting. Second, while not seeing anything, how am I? Not seeing anything, how am I? Is there any incompleteness or insufficiency? Very very tricky question. By not seeing am I incomplete, insufficient? An example, now I am not seeing, am I incomplete, insufficient? Leave the question open. Third, again be aware of the eye sight. What is the origin of this eye sight? The small little self, no. The eye sight has certainly its origin beyond the body-mind. The eye sight originates from a higher power reflecting in this body-mind. We contemplate upon that higher power which makes the eyes see. The higher power which is in the eye sight but not of the eye sight, which is in this body but not of this body. I contemplate on higher power Ishwara which makes the ears hear, which makes the ears hear, which makes the mind think, which makes the mind think. I contemplate on the higher power Ishwara pervading and enlivening this body-mind. I contemplate on Ishwara, the Eye of the eyes, the Ear of the ears, the Mind of the minds. I contemplate on Ishwara so long as the sense of separation persists, lingers. I Am. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and relax. Always try to derive strength from within. Relax. Slowly open the eyes. Aum.
