Aum. Look at the mind, try, try to look at the mind that creates space. Allow the mind to drop the past, something like I do not have a past. It is not pretending to forget the past or to erase the past, it is gently disassociating from the past, from the burden of the past. I look at myself without the intervention of the past. I am but no past, no past but I am. Who am I? Look at the mind and allow the mind to drop the future. It is not like closing the door to the future, it is simply stop imagining the future, that establishes myself in the now, the present, the present not covered by past and future. Now, the real present. Now I am, I am now, the present, which is the presence, the being, the freedom of the being, the love of the being, I am and I love to be, I love to be. The love emerges as the simple prayer of Aum thrice now. Aum...Aum...Aum... merge. Silence. Now Sthira Sukham Asanam. Sthira Sukham, allow the tummy and the chest to relax, sport a smile on the lips, silent smile, smiling with silence is the love of the being, see that, smile of silence is the love of Being and that is the teaching of Dakshinamurty, love of Being. Sthira Sukham Asanam. Abide peacefully in yourself, I am in the heart, I AM, not the verbal I am but the feeling, the sense of one's own Being, I Am in the heart. I Be. Be still in the body, silent in the mind and abide as the being in the heart, I Be. I love to Be. I look at myself and that is I love to be. I look at the consciousness, the waking consciousness and I see the love to acquire, to collect things, that love to acquire is the false self. I look at the consciousness and see the love to enjoy things and that is the false self, just seeing the false as false. I look at the consciousness and see the love to do, the love to do things, the kind of addiction to actions, that is the doer self which tries to find the fulfillment in doing, the doing self, which is again false. I be in the heart. Again I look at the consciousness and see the love to thinking, the addiction to thinking, the thinker self, again the false self. I be in the heart and I love to be. I love to be, I love not to abide, not to enjoy, not to do, not even to think, simply I love to be. The love of being is myself, the true self. I love to Be. Sport a smile, be silent, the smile of the silence, the smile of the inner silence is a love of the being and that is a teaching of Dakshinamurty to the sages. Sages ? to do and to think and they love all that. Dakshinamurty taught the love to be. I love to be. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, try to explore the love of Being. Slowly open the eyes. Aum.
