Interestingly when you try to watch the mind, you don't find any mind meaning there are no thoughts. Does not matter, just watch the mind. Now just Be. Being is already freedom, Being is ever free from the projections and creations of the mind. Just Be. Being is freedom and freedom is love, different from the love of the mind. Love of the mind is always directed, whereas Being is love, nothing in particular, pure love. Love for Being is like fragrance for the flower, Just Be. Now the prayer in the form of the cosmic sound Aum from the love of the Being, mentally thrice, now. Aum...Aum...Aum. Merge. Now Sthira Sukham Asanam, keep the legs firmly fixed on the ground, stretch the back upwards. Imagine a string pulling upwards on the top of the head and stretch and then fix the back, don't move any further, choose to ignore any discomfort or any urge to move, except for the breathing. Of course, keep the shoulders lose, hands lose in the lap, may be little farther. Use auto suggestions to relax muscles of the stomach, relax, chest relax. Keep that question alive, keep that question in consciousness, don't forget it. Be aware of the right leg beginning from the foot, the knee cap, pull one time and release, the thigh, all of the right leg. Left foot, knee cap, pull one time, thigh, the entire left leg. Be still. Be aware of both the legs and loins, this is Prithivi, predominantly Prithivi. OF course water is also there but mainly Prithivi. Always in touch with Prithivi, born from Prithivi and merge in Prithivi. Be aware of the abdomen, this is AapH, waters. Never separate from the universal waters, AapH. Be aware of the stomach, the hunger which is fire, AgniH.
Two things about hunger; one - I don't look at hunger as nescience, I enjoy hunger, two - hunger is not personal, it is universal, it is not personal Agni, it is vaishwanar Agni. Visualize the trees are ever hungry, the birds same, the animals ever hungry, humans ever hungry, the same vaishwanar Agni is here, this hunger. Be aware of the chest, ever expanding and contracting, nor personal again, again universal, Vayu, this Vayu. See the difference, looking at lungs, hearts etc. create insecurity.
