I abide as the silent Being. I pray with Aum as I exhale slowly thrice, now. Aum...Aum...Aum Merging in the silent Being is the supreme prayer. Just Be. When I do not seek the things of the world, I do not seek any advantage or benefit from any relation, in effect, I do not seek anything from the world, I love Ishwara but I try not to seek anything from Ishwara. I do not even seek Atma or moksha because it is myself. I do not seek anything from this body. I do not seek anything from the mind, in effect, I try to neutralise the tendancy to seek. Egoity is seeking, seeking is egoity. I try to give up the tendancy to seek. Mind becomes mostly silent. When there is no seeking, there will be no fear. I am fearless. Finally I accept what is? I accept, I accept the world, the family, the society, the near and dear. I accept the body the way it is. I accept the mind the way it is. Now silence is natural, silence is same as silent Being. Sat. I see that thought originates from the Being, Just Be. I see that perception, seeing, hearing etc. originates from the Being, I just Be. Be alert by stretching the back upwards at the same time relaxing the shoulders and hands. See that you are not gripping the legs, same way with the tummy. Allow the chest to relax, sport a smile and face relaxes, eyes relaxed. Look at the brain, the brain function is centered around me and mine. Me and Mine are the brain, not the heart. Me and Mine are in the brain, nowhere else. Me and Mine are the habitual projection of the brain cells. I try to negate Mine called vairagya, and Me, negate Me, called viveka and allow the brain to relax. As I am alert and relaxed, I am already merged in the Being. Just Be. Being is shanti, peace. Don't be bored by the peace of the Being, learn to love the peace of the Being. All divisions, variety and content are in the mind, none in the Being. Don't be bored by the peace of the Being. Learn to love the peace of the Being, Just Be. Don't try to unserstand the Being, that makes it other, Just Be. Don't try to grasp the Being with the mind, that makes it other, Just Be.
