Aum. Take a deep breath thrice. The prayer of Aum thrice, Aum... Aum... Aum... Look at the mind and allow the mind to drop all its worldliness, don't ask how, just allow the mind to drop all things of the world, all desires, all fears. Having done that I choose To Be. To Be aware without thinking, To Be aware without projecting, To Be aware without reacting. I choose To Be aware. I choose To Be. Sthirasukhamasanam, I am aware of the posture, I keep it upright and also relaxed by keeping smile, allowing the face and the eyes to relax. I remain silent, outwardly and also inwardly. Be aware of the silent mind, of the ? brain and of the still body. I invoke the meditative imagery of the skeleton. Just visualise a human skeleton, that you must have seen sometime, hanging from a hook. Don't project any feelings or thoughts as you visualise human skeleton, hanging from a hook. Be aware of the body which is but a skeleton. The body is but a skeleton. Begin with the skull, just the skull nothing else. The bones of the forehead and the eyebrows, the bones, two holes below the eyebrows, two holes, not eyes, two holes. Very important to visualise two holes, the nasal bones, again with two holes at the end, at the tip, pair of dentures as though smiling, not smiling but as though smiling, the jaw, the neck bones holding the skull above, the back-bone from top to middle to the bottom, shoulder blades, the biceps, the bones of the arms, the tailing bones of the finger, the rib cage, the hip bone, thigh bones on either side, knee caps, the leg bones, the ankles, the bones of the foot on either side, the toe bones, multiple bones of the toes of the right leg and of the left leg. This skeleton, the bag of bones, an effigy of bones. A skeleton from head, from the skull to the bones of the toes. A skeleton, fixed to the ground by its mass, by its inertness. I am aware of this skeleton, with a smile. I allow it to be and now I abide in the heart peacefully as myself. I try to be what I am, not something else other than I am, I Am. Ahamasmi sadabhami. Always I Am and I know. I know that I Am without the eyesight, without the thought, simply I know that I Am. I know directly, not via perception not via thought, very directly I know that I Am. I know that without knowing anything in particular I know. I know without knowing, jnanam, I know without knowing, jnanam. I know directly that I am satyam, I am satyam and I know, jnanam. I am without being this or that, simply I Am, non-verbally I Am satyam and I know without knowing, jnanam Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and keep the eyes closed. You may move a little and relax. You may want to massage the legs if necessary that signifies self-reliance. Relax. Self reliance is spiritual. Slowly open the eyes. Aum.
