Aum. Take a deep breath thrice. Abide as the pure Being and pray with Aum while exhaling, thrice. Just Be. Abiding peacefully in yourself. Now open the mouth, take a deep breath in and exhale through the nostrils one time. Just Be. Again open the mouth, take a deep breath in through the mouth and exhale slowly through the nostrils one time. Just Be. Do the same thing in a very relaxed way with a smile at the beginning and at the end, one time. That will make the body and the mind very fresh and the mind becomes very silent. Just Be. Keep a smile on the lips. Keep the back upright, shoulders relaxed, the face relaxes with the smile. Again the same thing but now while breathing in through the mouth you will feel that you are breathing in the universal air thus connecting yourself with the whole, one time now. Keep the smile. I connect myself with the whole while breathing in the universal air one more time. Just Be. Abide peacefully in yourself. Allow the mind to remain silent. Allow the body to remain still, all that happens effortlessly as I abide peacefully in myself. Be aware of the posture. Ahead of me is east, behind west, left north, right south. I send message of peace and happiness towards the east to all life in the east ahead of me. I send message of peace and love to all the life forms behind me. I send message of happiness, love and peace to all life in the north to my left. Finally I send message of love, happiness and peace to all life to my right. I look at myself as the fountain of love, peace and happiness. Abide peacefully in yourself. I look into my heart, I visualise the power in the heart, drawing the air in and throwing it out. That power is Ishwara. I visualise Ishwara in my heart. I visualise the animals roaming the earth and see Ishwara, trying to see, try to see Ishwara in hearts of all those animals. Visualise the birds in their nests and also flying in the sky, visualise Ishwara in the hearts of of all those birds. Look at yourself and visualise Ishwara in the heart, breathing in and out. Visualise the humanity, the entire humanity, try to see humanity as one. Try to visualise the same Ishwara, Ishwara is one, names are different, forms are varying, Ishwara is one, abiding in the hearts of all human beings. Visualise Ishwara in the hearts of all human beings. And now abide peacefully in yourself. Just Be as you are. Don't be this or that , Just Be as you are. I try to be as I am, neither this nor that. I do not allow the mind to dictate, to tell me who I am. I allow the mind to relax, to remain silent and I abide peacefully as myself, as I am, non-verbal I am.
