Silence is just Be. It is all very simple, it is within my reach now. Just Be. Be aware of the posture, sthirasukhamasanam, keep the back upright, shoulders and hands are held losely, keep a smile. Notice if any wrinkles on the forehead, should not be, allow the muscles of the face to relax. Squeeze the eyes one time and keep them lightly closed. A little movement of the eyelids is not uncommon, but body does not move. Breath slow by itself, you need not make it slow. And the neck.The body is neither good nor bad, it is what it is. Breath, neither good nor bad, just it is. Mind, neither good nor bad. Just Be. Pure Being without any judgement, without seeking anything from anywhere, without feeling anything from anywhere, is meditation, called sahaja yoga. Just Be. Be aware of the posture, now the Being becomes witness. Remain alert. Be aware of the right leg, all of it. Right leg comes into focus. Everything else is in the background. If the focus is complete, the background would be zero. Be aware of the left leg. Be aware of the lower portion of the body including both legs and the loins, which is in touch with the floor, that is Prithivi, Earth. That is the fact. Prithivi, born of Prithivi, maintained by Prithivi, would merge in Prithivi. Be aware of the abdomen, and the distraction, if any and focus on the abdomen, that is AapaH, waters. Born out of universal AapaH, sustained by universal AapaH, would merge in the universal AapaH. AapaH is the fact, abdomen is a name, that goes with a form. Be aware of the tummy, the hunger which is welcome, is fire AgniH. The pangs of hunger are/or so many tounges of flame. This fire is not person, it is universal. The plants and trees are hungry, the animals and birds are hungry, humans are hungry and there is hunger in this body which is AgniH. Nothing personal. Hunger is correct, I am hungry false. AgniH. Be aware of the chest which raises and falls ever so little always. Raises and falls, always. Vayu, universal not personal, namaste vayo tvameva pratyaksham Brahmasi. Vayudevata. Vayu. Be aware of neck and above, it is space predominentely. Throat is space, mouth is space, nostrils, sinus, eye sockets, ears, space, universal space.
