Aum. Take a deep breath thrice. It is interesting to note that generally I am in the psycological dimension and also physical but when I take   a deep breath even temporarily I am transported into the dimension of pure Being. Think about it and now you take a deep breath and see. Just Be. The thoughtless state of pure Being. Now the prayer with Aumkara while exhaling thrice. Aum...Aum...Aum.  Just Be. Avoid waiting or anticipating. If you have any plans for the day, just allow them to drop, no plans. Sthirasukhamasanam. Be aware of the posture. Notice every small aspect of the posture, beginning with the back whcih is kept upright, that makes you very alert. Notice the shoulders, there could be inner source slightly hunched up, relax them, allow them to relax. The hands are held loosely. Allow the muscles of the stomach to relax, just relax. Sometimes the muscles of the stomach and chest refuse to relax because of subconscious insecurity or fear. There is nothing to be done about it, just notice it and allow them to relax. Sport a smile, that relaxes the face, squeeze the eyes one time and keep them lightly closed. Allow the forehead and the brain to relax. Be very quiet with the smile. Take it as a challenge and try to be very quiet. It is not only challenging but also very fulfilling, just Be, very quiet. Feel the seat on which you are sitting through the sense of touch, feel the seat as presence, without a name. I feel the presence through the sense of touch. I can call it the presence of floor or even better I can call it the presence of Prithivi or simply I feel the presence, without giving a name. Presence, giving a name is not must, it is only a habit. Without giving a name I feel the presence. Feel the clothes, again through sense of touch. Now, change it as the feeling of presence. Begin with the presence of clothes, drop the clothes, simply the presence. Do not allow yourself to be distracted, feel the body. If you notice keenly, the feeling of body is simply the feeling of presence. Feel the body as presence. Be aware of the sounds which are near. What does the sound indicate? Does not the sound signal presence? Yes, it signals presence. You need not give the name to the presence. Simply the sound signals presence. As I hear the sound, I sense presence, nameless presence. Mind wants to know the name, you stop it, no need to know the name. It is the presence, presence. Hear the sound, near. If you know the name of the object, that is distraction, but if you take the signal of presence, sound signaling presence, nameless, that is meditation. Feel the warmth or heat all around, through sense of touch. Feel it well, that is presence. Feel the presence through the sense of heat all around. Visualise wind blowing on you, that is again presence, an intense presence. Visualise the ocean, ocean is a name, really it is a presence, an indescribable presence. Visualise a mountain and visualise the mountain as the presence, a solid presence, literally and spiritually. Visualise the space around you, in the hall, visualise the space of the open sky, visualise the space, the deep space of planets and stars. It is a presence, all around is an ocean of infinite presence. When I look at myself, I Am, I Am is presence. If this presence has to be named, it can be called Sat, it can also be called Shree Krishna. Aum Shanti Shanti ShantiH. Relax, keep the eyes closed and remain quiet and relax. See the distinction and you name a thing, your thinking and feel the presence, you are silent within. Relax. Slowly open the eyes.
