Noise is a habit, an addiction, I want to give it up, try, try to give up and choose silence. yame vaisha varute ten labhyaH, the one who chooses, gains it. I allow the mind to empty itself, of its content, entire content and I become inwardly silent. Inner silence helps to reach the goal which is already reached. Silence takes to the goal which is already with me. Silence is love and love expresses as prayer, still with silence as the background. Aum NamaH Shivaya...Aum NamaH Shivaya...Aum NamaH Shivaya...Shree Gurubhyo NamaH. Silence should be alertful not sleepy, alertful silence is meditation.
