AUM  Look at the mind and bring up the known. It is the known that seems to condition myself, therefore, I drop the known. All the known to drop, it is something like myself without the memory, without any past. But still I Am. Look at the mind and bring up the unknown, things like future, destiny etc. which are ideas that are unknown and allow the mind to drop the unknown. It is something like the idea for not knowing whatever is set aside, is rejected. It means I am free from the ideas that I do not know, it is something like there is nothing called future. But I Am, I am without the past and without the future, is the present, is the presence. I am without past or future is the presence of love, is the love which is presence and the love becomes the prayer. Aum NamaH Shivaya, Aum NamaH Shivaya, Aum NamaH Shivaya. Shree Gurubhyo NamaH. Be aware of the posture, it is upright making the mind alert but allow the body to relax, hands, shoulders, tummy, chest, the jaw, tongue, eyes and the brain. Sthira sukhamasanam. Just abide peacefully and try to remain unattached, be aware of the body without involvement. That is the challenge, be aware of the body as if it is a statue, which it is, without involvement. Body is the child of the nature, sustained by the nature, goes back to the nature. See that simple fact, it is simple but at the same time a devastating fact to the conceptual meaning of life. Body, the child of the nature, is surrendered to the nature, to the One who commands the nature, to the One who moves all, happily surrendered. I give up the control of the body, I do not control the body, I am not responsible for the body. Mind takes care of the body but I remain aloof, uninvolved, I try to give up the control of the body, try, to the One who moves all. Mind is silly, doesn't want to give up the control, as I know that as a fact, mind reorganises itself. I give up the control, to the One who moves all, sharanam prapaddye. I consider the welfare of the family members , specifically by name, this person, one...two...the second one...three...four if needed, their welfare. Of course I wish their welfare but do I control their welfare ? Am I responsible for their welfare ? This is the crux of the samsara. Mind always entertains the illusion of control and responsibility, both of together, when I control and I am responsible. If I do not control I am not responsible. I try to see control and responsibility as illusion of the mind, I now surrender, verbally and also emotionally, in so many words, the welfare of the first person to God, then welfare of the second person to Ishwara, then welfare of the third person to Ishwara, if need be welfare of the fourth person to Ishwara. I surrender all control and all responsibility. There will still be responses but the illusion of control and responsibility is over, I surrender. I recollect the golden sentence of the blessed Lord, yogakshemam wahamyaham the sentence inspires, inspires me to surrender. Yogakshemam wahamyaham, as I surrender, a calm desends in the mind and I merge in the silence. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and relax. Relax and slowly open the eyes.
