AUM Watch the mind and allow the mind to drop all of its baggage. Allow the mind to empty itself that puts you into pure Being which is always there but appears to be covered by the flow of the mind. The pure Being is my home, it is the home not the mind. Pure Being is not different from knowing, pure Being shinning as knowing which is love. I pray with love Aum NamaH Shivaya, Shiva is the pure Being, in a way I am praying to my own inner self. Aum NamaH Shivaya, Aum NamaH Shivaya, Shree Gurubhyo NamaH . Be aware of the posture, as I keep the posture upright, I become alert and remain alert. Sitting loosely is a tamas whereas sitting upright is sattva, there is rajas inbetween which is all stress. Just allow the body to relax around the vertical axis, hands and shoulders, tummy and chest relax. Give up all determination, ambition, and allow the jaw to relax, the tongue, eyes and the brain. sthira sukhamasanam, abiding peacefully, Sthira abiding, sukha peacefully is asanam. Visualise a wise man, a wise person standing on a summit, mountain peak looking at the city below, in the vally. The city with all its people, their incessant running around, their pleasures and pains, their ambitions, actions. The wise person watching it all from the summit of a mountain peak. Now you be that wise person, watch, try to watch, try, trying is all important, world, try to look at the world, try to see that world from the summit of asanga. I look at the world without involving, asanga. I relax, first I relax myself and see the world from a distance as it were, from a height of asanga. I relax, disassociate from the world and watch from that vantage, height of asanga. Now I look at the family, all members of family. This is the tough part, try it. I relax yet alert and look at the near and dear without involving, not involving in their pleasures, not involving in their pains, not involving, just watch all of them from the height of asanga, try. Look at the body as asanga, don't involve. The body has its urges, its comforts and discomforts, its ever changing states of health and ill health, don't involve. Be like that wise person on the summit and watch by keeping the distance of asanga. Don't worry what will hapeen, prarabdha will decide what will happen, nature will dicide, leave it to prarabdha, to nature. Give up and then watch, don't forget to relax, give up and watch. Look at the sensations, presently the touch but then sound will come, taste will come, smells will come, shapes and colors will come. It's a world of sensations of all kind, always in opposites, pleasant-unpleasant, comfortable-uncomfortable, good-bad. The world of sensations, never ending stream of sensations, I stand back, relax and watch from a distance, not involved. Look at the mind, ever-flowing, ever-imagining, ever-recollecting the past, ever-anticipating and fearing, ever-worried, endlessly concerned, step back, don't involve with the mind. Stand on the summit, summit of asanga and watch. Disassociate, detach yourself from the mind and watch. Relax, one; detach, two; watch, three. Asangoham. Make it the cardinal principle of life- Relax, detach and watch. Don't involve, asangoham. Be aware of the face, the jaw relaxed, the tongue relaxed, eyes not pressing down, stretch the back up and be aware of the eyes. Relax, be alert and be aware of the two eyes. As long as you are aware of the eyes, you remain silent within, just be aware of the eyes. There should be no distraction, but if there is distraction, fine, allow the mind to become silent. Gracefully allow the mind to become quite and again be aware of the eyes. Don't wait for anything, just be aware of the eyes. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, keep the eyes closed and relax. Relax, watch from the height. Keep the illustrattion, don't give up, keep that illustration, watch from the height and be silent.
