AUM. Look at the mind. Looking at the mind is a great sadhana called samadhana. It curbs self forgetfulness and promotes alertness. Look at the thought process, try to understand the mechanism of thought. Thought is a response of the memory, and hence always in the past, never in the present. Allow the thought process to end, that puts you in the present. To present is the presence. Be in the present is same as be the presence which is same as BE. Being is love, love is not of the mind, it is of the Being. I pray with love. Aum NamaH Shivaya. Aum NamaH Shivaya. Aum NamaH Shivaya. Shree Gurubhyo NamaH. Sthira sukhamasanam. Be aware of the vertical axis, lock the body in the vertical position, stretch the back and lock it. Any small pain or whatever, just ingnore it. Any urge to move, some silly urge to move or to scratch, try to ignore it. If you obliged, you wiil be complled to oblige again, just ignore it. Learn to ignore small and pity demands of the world at the same time allow the body to relax around the vertical axis. Tell the body be stable and relax, literally tell the body, lecture the body literally be stable and relax. Pay brief attention to the hands and shoulders, giving an auto suggestion to relax, to the stomach muscles and the chest, suggesting to relax, to the jaw turning sport a smile, eyes partially closed and the head, the brain relax. Let go the world and relax. Your concern about the world makes you stressed out, let go, don't be so determined to change the world, there is nothing to change. It is fog, foglike not real, relax. Be stern, sthira, relaxed, sukha, abiding asanam. Abiding peacefully is meditation. It is the inner silence, it is freedom, from what ? from thought, not necessarily, but freedom from ideas parading a (15:40). Abide peacefully. Whenever distracted, smile and be aware of the posture, that finishes the distraction, abide peacefully. Abiding peacefully is same as abiding in oneself, aatmanishtha. Aatma is not a thing, it is when all things cease. As the mind ceases, things cease, and abide, aatmanishtha. The inner silence, not sleepy but alertful is aatmanishtha. The inner silence is the supreme worship of Ishwara, nothing, no worship can ever compare with it, be assured, because Aatmanishtha is same as brahmanishtha. Abide peacefully. Abiding peacefully is not an effort, mind may categorise it as an effort because mind is effort. It's not a effort, it is the ceasation of all effort because thinking also is a effort. Abiding peacefully will not get you any reward because it is not an effort. It won't make you a doer because it is not a doing. It is its own reward and it helps you to be yourself. Abide peacefully, don't be bored by the peace, learn to love peace. Abide peacefully, shamata. Abiding peacefully transforms the consciousness of the person. Action cannot do that, would not do that, a ritual cannot do that. Just Be. AUM. ShantiH, ShatntiH, ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and relax. Try to retain the silence as well as you can. Slowly open the eyes.
