AUM.    Look at the mind, looking at the mind, thereby becoming familiar with the movement of the mind is meditation. The mind has idea about the known, the known is an idea, not necessary knowledge. The unknown, its counterpart, is also an idea, not necessary an ignorance. Idea is not the truth, mind can do this much, it can form an idea about the truth, only that much, it cannot know the truth, it need not know the truth because I am the truth. Look at the mind and drop the known, the ideas that I know this I know that just drop. Then drop the unknown, the idea that I don't know this I don't know that, drop it. I become free from the ideas of known and unknown. That leaves me as I AM. When the ideas are drop there is a silence, the silence is love. I am love, and I pray with love. Aum NamaH Shivaya. Shree Gurubhyo NamaH sthira sukhamasanam.   Be aware of the vertical axis, and allow the body to relax around the vertical axis, beginning with hands and shoulders, stomach and chest, jaw. Sport a smile, the tongue is relaxed, the eyes are relaxed and also the brain. Remain alert and yet relaxed, there is no contradiction, alertness and relaxation are together. When the mind is noisy you are neither alert nor relaxed. When you are silent within you are both, alert and relaxed. Be relaxed in life and also alert. Life goes on things move on you don't get worked up. Be alert and yet relaxed. Don't struggle at all, don't fight, accept and respond instead of resist and fight. Accept and respond. That removes conflict from the system. You need to be free from conflict to know the truth. Be alert and relax. One grows, becomes mature in silence and peace. I abide peacefully, abide peacefully. When the mind digraces, no problem, smile, bring it back and abide peacefully. Whenever the mind digraces, smile, and be aware of the posture. Abide peacefully, very simple, just by being aware of the posture, I abide peacefully. Just be aware of the posture, thereby abiding peacefully. This is the Buddha state, Buddha is not a person, it's a state, the state of being alert, awareful, peaceful abidance. I am Buddha, Buddhoham. Drop all mental effort and abide peacefully. Be aware of the posture, thereby flooding the posture with awareness. It's all awareness, posture is filled with awareness, engulfed by awareness. Buddhoham. Be aware of the posture, engulfed the posture with awareness. Be aware of the space around, don't ask how, just do it. Expand the awareness, be aware of the space around, in the hall. When you are aware of the space around, interestingly you are slient within, nice, continue to be silent and be aware of the space around in the hall. Be aware of the open space, the open sky, expand. Be aware of the open sky. Don't ideate, just be aware, open sky. Be aware of the universal space, the infinite space, don't ask how, just do it. The infinite depth of the space , the space of planets and stars, of galaxies and beyond. Be aware of the endless, infinite space. Be aware of the wonderous expand of the space. Now abide in the heart, space of heart, which is the space of awareness. Abide in the heart,saya yesho antatra hrudaya aakashH (27 min. past) Abide in the heart which is the space of awareness.
