AUM  Look at the mind. Mind is a collection of ideas about the known and about unknown. Something is known is an idea not knowledge, something I do not know is another idea, the counter part of the idea known. Mind is a collection of ideas. Truth which is myself is not an idea, silence is not an idea, love is not an idea. Look at the mind, bring up the known and discard it, don't ask how just do it. Bring up the known to the surface of the mind and discard it, bring up the unknown, the idea that I do not know and discard it. It is something like I am free from all ideation, simply I AM, free from ideation. I love, I love to pray.
