AUM. Look at the mind and allow the mind to empty itself. See that the mind with content faces the world either with the eyes open or shut. The mind with content is samsara abhimukha, facing the world but the quite mind, the empty mind if you will is already aatma abhimukha, turned towards its source. It's all very simple, as the mind becomes quite, the pure Being comes into its own and the Being is love. Mind is all sentiments and attachments whereas the Being is love. I pray with love. Aum NamaH Shivaya, Shree Gurubhyo NamaH, sthira sukhamasanam. Awareness of the posture makes the posture come alive, fresh and also makes the mind quite, shamata.   Allow the entire system to relax, the body around the vertical axis, upright, alert and relax. The secret of relaxation is to let go. Allow the actions to happen, the hands and shoulders relaxed. Allow the life to flow, the stomach and the chest relaxed. Don't be so determined about the things of the world. The jaw and the eyes relaxed, the brain relaxes. Sport a smile, be aware of the posture and abide peacefully, abide peacefully. When the mind is distracted, do not create another struggle, do not struggle against the mind. Struggling leads to conflict, don't struggle with the mind, smile at the distraction and be aware of the posture, the distraction ends and abide peacefully. Take a vow not to create a conflict for myself. I refuse to create conflict for myself and abide peacefully, sthira sukhamasanam,  be aware of the posture and abide peacefully. Very simple, abide peacefully. Watch the breath, start deep breathing, deeply and slowly without holding the breath in or out . No harm in stretching the back, make the breath slower, even more slow. As you make the breath slower, jerks can be avoided and also the distraction of the mind is avoided. Breath in and out slowly, very deliberately, called conscious breathing. As I breath in the entire body is rejevunated and as I breath out all the toxins are thrown out and the body-mind becomes fresh. Aavatavahi bheshajam  while breathing in, vivatavahi yadrapaha  while breathing out. Aavatavahi bheshajam, vivatavahi yadrapaha.  While breathing out I try to throw out the sense of wanting, while breathing out I throw out this psychological dependance on these goodies of the world. Desire of a thing is psychological dependance, it is a want, I throw it out. phale sakto nibadhyate, the blessed Lord says as I am attached to the things of the world I am bound. I look at this attachment and as I breath out after a deep breath in I throw out the attachment. I literally throw out the attachments of the things of the world. Breath in and out slowly, as I breath out I throw out the concern and worry for anything whatsoever. As I breath out I throw out the concerns, multiple concerns and worries, I throw out the multiple concerns and the worries, about myself and about others. Resume now slow breathing after throwing out the toxins. Breath in and out slowly, and start chanting Aum mentally only while breathing out. AUM, breath in, AUM, again AUM, continue, AUM.   Now stop Aum and continue slow breathing. Stop slow breathing and just watch normal breathing. Stop watching the normal breathing, just abide peacefully, AUM ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and just relax. Slowly open the eyes.
