AUM. Look at the mind. Try to see how the mind spins, thereby creating all opposites, all circumstances of life, all issues of life. Allow the mind to drop itself, to empty itself, thereby bringing into focus a space like awareness. Now I come into my own, just pure Being, I Am. And I love. The Being is Love, like the flower and its fragrance. I Am and I pray with love. Aum NamaH Shivaya with gratitude, Shree GurubhyoH NamaH. Be aware of the posture, sthira sukhamasanam, posture is ever fresh. Don't approach the posture from the memory of earlier experience, approach it with the freshness of present moment. Aasanam, the body is upright, get hold of the vertical axis within and allow the body around relax. Hands and shoulders relax, tummy relaxes, chest, the jaw, tongue relaxes. Sport a smile, the inner smile, eyes are lightly closed and relaxed. The body is light and the mind is calm and cheerful, aasanam, just abide, aasanam. Avoid distraction, I Be in myself. I Be with myself, let the world wait, I Be in myself. World is a movement, it's a flux, constant flux, let it wait, I Be with myself, which is real ? I Be, is real, is that real or the movement called world, real. I have to look at this conundrum in life. The wise say what they say, I know what they say, but I have to look at it myself. I Be. Can there be a movement called world without I Be ? Don't answer the question, just leave it there. It is certain that I Be without a hint of the world. I Be. Aasanam is abidence as I Be. Watch the breath. Are you getting distracted, possible ? This is the diagnostics as you watch the breath, how much distraction you experienced ? Just watch the breath. Do not allow the distraction, the amount of distraction indicates the degree of worldliness in oneself. Watch the breath. Now start deep breathing, slowly and deeply breath in, in the same way, breath out. Stretch the back, make a rhythm, slowly breathing in, do not hold, breath out, slowly, that is one round. Introduce the mantra aava tavahi bheshajam while breathing in and breath out slowly aava tavahi bheshajam as you breath in and breath out slowly aava tavahi bheshajam. O vayu Ishwara fill in the wellness, breath out. Now while breathing out also vivatavahi yadrapaha, O Ishwara help me throw out the impurities of the body and of the mind vivatavahi yadrapaha. Aava tavahi bheshajam, vivatavahi yadrapaha. Drop the mantra but continue to breath in and out slowly. As I breath in I see every cell of the body been invigorated, as I breath out I see a freshness enveloping the body and the mind. Breath in and breath out. You choose one item to throw out as you breath out that is desire, want, sense of want, you throw it out as you breath out, breath in slowly and I throw out the desires, the sense of want again. Throw out the sense of wanting, don't keep it, you don't need it, throw it out, literally throw it out. Breath in and throw out. Resume deep breathing normally, stop deep breathing and resume normal breathing. Now just watch the breath. AUM. ShantiH, ShantiH, ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, keep the eyes closed and relax. Try to retain the inner silence, slowly open the eyes.
