                                AUM. Shree Ganeshaya NamaH.

Look at the Mind. Don’t ask how. Just do it. Try, try to look at the mind. Trying to look at the mind is same as looking at the mind.   Trying to look at the mind is meditation.   Even doing so thought can distract you. Do not allow the thought to distract you. Just try to look at the mind. Allow the mind to drop its entire baggage of emotions, concerns, worries etc. Thus making the mind empty of all its content.   It’s something like I am totally free from the emotions, wreck heart etc. and fears and   concerns   etc. Simply I AM. And I pray with love. Shree Ganeshaya Namah. My prostrations unto Ishwara. Ganesha   is a name, Reality is nameless. We can give some name, could even be Rama or Krishana or Shiva . Shree Gurubhyo Namah. I pay obisence to saints and sages of the world. O bless the mankind with the wisdom of the Self. Sthira sukhamasanam. Be aware of the posture, hands are held in the lap loosely palms upward, one hand in the other. Check the back, keep it upright stretch it upwards. Imagine a string at the top of the head, pulling upwards. And you will leave it like that don’t allow it to become sleckoned. Also do not move anymore as far as possible. If there is an urge to move, may be some discomfort in the back or may be some itching somewhere, just ignore it, don’t move. Endure it, do not move, because if you move one time you will have to move again, it will continue. The posture should be upright as it is now, or should not be stiff, should be relaxed at the same time. Relax the hands and the shoulders even while keeping the back upright. Don’t relax the back. Gradually back also will relaxed in upright positions. Watch the stomach muscles which could be stiff, that could be accumulated stress. Give an auto suggestion to relax. Allow the stomach muscles and the chest to relax. Take your time. Look at the face where stress accumulates sport a smile allow the jaw and muscles of the face to relax. Relax. Watch the eyes. Keep them lightly closed. Try to look downwards even after closing. The smile makes the mind also cheerful. The body is upright, non-moving but light and relaxed not heavy. And the mind is free from movement , you are fully alert and the mind is cheerful. Sthira sukhamasanam.   Aasanam itself is meditation just be aware of the body which is upright, not moving and relaxed and be aware of the mind which is quite and also cheerful. Aasanam . Be aware of the surroundings, accept the surroundings like heat or cold just accept avoid all projections just accept the surroundings. Suppose there is noise some sound do not judge the sound any sound near or far sound like (coughing) don’t   judge do not call it the disturbance just be aware When you are aware of the sound without labeling it is very interesting to know see that there is silence within you. Again when you are aware of the sound without any label without   any judgement there is silence in myself. This harmony with the surroundings, harmony with the surroundings resulting in the inward silence is meditation. Again harmony with the surroundings resulting in inner silence is meditation. AUM.   ShantiH, ShantiH, ShantiH. Relax. Sit at ease keep the eyes closed, you may move the limbs a little and relax. Try not to lose that silence as far as possible. Slowly open the eyes.
