AUM Shree Ganeshay NamaH Shree Gurubhyo NamaH Sthira sukhamasanam. Be aware of the backbone, neck and the head in the straight line. Be antarmukha, inner awareful. Allow the shoulders to relax, sport a smile on the lips, relaxing the face. Relax the eyes also by keeping them closed lightly. Keep the hands in mahamudra without creeping, notice the significance of mudra as acceptance of life, life's situations. The situations as they obtain now and that helps to relax the mind. Relax the mind, do not allow to remain uptight. Mind has the tendancy to remain tense by habit, notice that and allow the mind to relax. Employ the auto-suggestion as often as needed. Auto-suggestion is another form of watching the mind. Relax, be aware of the body as this body. As you look at the body as this body, the identity snaps and I remain as though apart as a witness. As I abide the witness, abide as the witness the body, I see that I am not the body and gradually as you get established as the witnessing awareness, gradually the body as an entity dissolve. Blessed acharya Shankara termed it abhava gamanam. Gradually the body as an entity dissolve. Kshetragnyoham, kshetragnyoham, kshetragnya is a designation that ends all other designations, eventually even that drops. Kshetragnyoham. This is how you explore yourself, atmavichara. Be aware of the eyes. As long as I watch the eyes, mind remains silent. All vasanas of the mind are there but the expression of vasanas is not there, what we call mind is silent. When the mind is silent, you can gain an insight gradually. Insight distinct from a piece of knowledge of the mind, that   the samsara is at a distant. There is a distance between me and the samsara. Second the samsara may not be as real as it appears. Watch the eyes, as you watch the eyes, mind remains silent. Keep the irises in the center of the eyes without any movement. They are in the center, they do not move but still keep them in the center and do not move them. Now focus the irises of the sight of both the eyes beteween eyebrows. Don't ask how just to it, tyr it. Keep the smile, keep the back stretched, the lightly closed eyes are focused between the eyebrows. Watching between the eyebrows is not a doing, it is the awareful being. It is awareness being aware of itself. Shivoham vijnana ghana eva Shivoham Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and relax. Slowly open the eyes.
