AUM Shree Ganeshay NamaH. Look at the mind and drop all the desires and all fears, all concerns and worries, the entire baggage of the mind is dropped and be spacelike. Just Be, I love to Be, I love to Be. The love to Be expresses as prayer, Shree Ganeshay NamaH, Shree Gurubhyo NamaH. Drop the notion that I know, whatever is known is known but I know is false, I drop it, that makes the heart humble and I pay my obeisance to the saints and sages of the world, Shree Gurubhyo NamaH, Sthira sukhamasanam. Keep the mahamudara in the convenient way so that the back remains straight. It can help to remain, to keep the back straight and shoulders relaxed. Be aware of the significance of mahamudra, acceptance. When I see ignorance, folly, insensibility, crudity or even hostility, I accept with a smile as Bhagwan seems to accept all. Be aware of the backbone, stretch it, occasional stretching is good and be antarmukha, inward-looking as long as there is an afinity to the body, one needs to practice inward awareness, inner awareness, antarmukha, aware inwardly. Be aware of the back, neck and the head. Sport a smile on the lips, muditvadanam dakshinamurti mide. Be aware of the eyes from within, see that they are lightly closed. Sthira sukhamasanam, sthira is to be, sukha is the love of Being, I love to Be. It is the meaning of aasanam, I love to Be. Love to work as karta and love to think as bhokta makes us samsaris, love to Be liberates. I love to Be. Be aware of the surroundings, briefly be aware of any sounds, near and far. As I withdraw the attention from the sound and pay attention to the body, I am aware of the body. I am aware of the body, even the front parts, briefly, I am aware of the legs, hands and the face, I am aware of the body, this body. I am aware of the breath, without regulating it, I am aware of the stomach, rising and falling, chest, expanding and contracting and the breath at the tip of the nostrils. Think of a pot and I am aware of the thinking, I am aware of the thoughts, whatever thoughts. Be aware of thoughts, whatever. Can you be aware of an emotion, some emotion, you are emotional to your career or a car or whatever or even a relation, pick up one emotion and be aware of it. Don't say my emotion, look at it in a neutral way, with a smile. Be aware of your intellect, whatever skill or knowledge that is acquired in ilfe, knowledge of science, knowledge of technology whatever. Can you be aware of the knowledge without identifying as my knowledge. Be aware of a skill that you have, whatever skill, again without identifying, not saying my skill just skill. Be aware of the ego, I know my ego. Whenever there is the idea mine, that is ego, my car, that is ego, me the body, again ego, just try to be aware of the ego. See that desire crystalises ego, desire is an egoic state, be aware of that. Fear, worry is an egoic state, all that is non-self, leave it alone, drop all that and be aware of your own Being. I Am. Initially the sense of being is limited to the body, does not matter, that is fine, I am aware of my own Being. Be antarmukha, I Am, I Am. Don't be distracted, just Be and be aware of the Being. If a thought intervens, just a smile, see the thought as non-self, allow it to drop, and be aware of your own Being. I am aware of Being, drop my own Being just Being, I am aware of Being. As I am aware of the Being, I am timeless, there is no time in that awareness, I am aware of Being. I am free from time, I am aware of Being. There is no sense of space as a place in that awareness, I am spaceless, I am aware of the Being. Aware of Being, this is my ground, this is my home, I am aware of Being. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH . Relax, sit at ease, try to keep the Being in focus, just Be. Slowly open the eyes.
