AUM Shree Ganeshay NamaH .  I make myself empty of all thoughts including various expectations and desires and all fears, including the fear of God. all concerns and worries and then pray to Ishwara, in what is called the motiveless devotion, that gradually brings out my own fullness which remains covered by a screen of desires and fears. Again, Shree Ganeshay NamaH Shree Gurubhyo NamaH. I try to be humble and receptive to the vision of life coming from any source. My prostrations onto the saints and sages of the world of all times. Sthira sukhamasanam, look at the posture with the freshness of the present moment. Be aware of the mahamudra, which signifies acceptance. Acceptance of not only my life situation but also of all insensibility that I come accross, all crudity and all extravagance and all arrogance, I accept all of it, like even Ishwara seems to accept. I receive blame or censure, however undeserved it may be, with a smile. Having understood the significance of mahamudra, I move on to the posture keeping the back straight and visualizing inwardly the back, neck and the head straight. Briefly lift the shoulders and relax. Be aware of the inner smile signifying eqanimity. When I face goodwill, as I face goodwill and also as I face illwill, I keep the same smile. Samattvam yoga uchhyate, says the blessed lord. Be aware of the eyes. When we keep the eyes nicely closed, fully closed, we tend to become sleepy. Keep the eyes lightly closed not fully closed, that removes any sluggishness of the mind. Sthira sukhamasanam. As I sit in meditation with the body fixed to the ground, motionless like a tree, with the head reaching to the heaven, I am the link between earth and heaven. I am the link between mortal and immortal. Watch the sensations of the body, recognize the general sense of touch, with the general sense of touch I cognised the clothes and then visualize the clothes as presence instead of clothes, presence. Visualize the seat as presence, not a seat but as a presence. Don't ask how, just try. Visualize the floor of the hall as presence, visualize the earth as presence, visualize a tree, soaring into the sky. Now visualize the same tree as a presence. Do not ask how, too much rationalisation leads you nowhere, trying is the all important thing. Visualize the tree as presence. Visualize a mountain, a mountain peak, standing majestically. For me, a mountain peak is presence, river presence, ocean presence. Recollect wind blowing in the face, presence. Wind breezing accross the woods, presence. Visualize the space around you in the hall, presence. Visualize the open skies, presence. Visualize the stars, presence. Visualize a blade of grass and the solar arc, same presence. Visualize the infinite depth of space, boundless presence. You look at oneself I Am, visualize I am as presence and resolve the presence I am in the infinite presence of boundless space. I allow the limited presence I Am to give up all boundaries and merge in the infinite presence. The name of that presence is Shree Krishna and the merger in that presence is bhakti. Visualize the infinite depth of space as presence and see that that presence is not different from my own presence I Am. There is no division between the presence I Am the and presence of the boundless space. I am all presence, this is jnana. I am all presence. Atma va idagum sarvam. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, keep the eyes closed, sit at ease. Be aware of the presence rather than thinking about the names and forms.  Slowly open the eyes.
