This habit is broken by paying attention and then bringing in the intend. I make the particular effort to mean what I think, say. Even the thought should not be mechanical. I examine these issues in myself. Shree Ganeshay NamaH, Shree Gurubhyo NamaH, Sthira sukhamasanam. Once the posture is fixed, be aware of the mahamudra and its significance and be aware of the backbone, neck and the head. Be completely with yourself. I watch the mind, recognize the major patterns of thought. One is attachments, to physical objects and to near and dear, which binds the awareness to the ever-decaying physical world and also resentment, sometimes amounting to hatred. The attachment and the resentment or hatred are the major toxic irritants in the mind. They influence the thought, thought transforms itself into speech and action. Thought transforms itself into speech and action. While thought is influenced by hatred or resentment and attachment, study of vedanta and even meditation leads me nowhere. I look at myself and sincerely wish may I be well, happy and peaceful. If attachment and hatred come in the way of that goal, I should be ready to give up both. May I be well, happy and peaceful. May the family members, close members of the family, specify 2-3-4 names, be well, happy and peaceful. Where the relatives, the larger circle of relatives, those whom I like and those whom I particularly do not like. Where the relatives be well, happy and peaceful. Bring out the intend as well as you can. May the friends be all well, happy and peaceful. May the indifferent people be well, happy and peaceful. May the birds in the sky be well, happy and peaceful. May be the animals roaming on the earth be happy and peaceful. May the trees, plants and even the blade of grass be well, peaceful and happy. I will try my best not to harm even a blade of grass at any time. Now I think of my enemies or adversories whom I certainly do not like, take the name, one, one person, two, mind bacomes excited, doesn't matter, take one more name three, four, one more. Now I say with intend where is people whom I do not like, may be for valid reason, be well. I mean it, may they be well, peaceful and happy. Watch the mind.
