You are not thinking about right leg, you just feel the aliveness in the right leg. Do not bend the head, remain straight and feel the aliveness in the right leg. Stay with yourself, do not be distracted, feel the aliveness in the tright leg. Do not ask how or what, just feel the aliveness in the right leg. You try. Do not grip the right leg, keep it normal and feel the aliveness. Feel the aliveness in the left leg, aliveness in the left leg. The stomach, chest, right hand, the left hand, slowly get hold of the aliveness in the left hand and then feel it deeply. Aliveness is the formless in the form. Body may have birth and death but alivenss has no birth and death. Body is in time, mind is time, aliveness is timeless, there is no past in the aliveness, there is no future in the aliveness.
