AUM Shree Ganeshay NamaH . Ishwara  is not away, not seperate, Ishwara is in the heart of every living being, of friend and foe alike, of man, animal and bird alike and in my heart as the light behind the eyesight, the light behind all faculties, the light behind the mind. My worship to that light Shree Gurubhyo Namah, expand your heart and pay obeisance to the saints and sages of the world who blessed the mankind with the wisdom of the self. Prayer done with understanding and love is meditation. Sthira sukhamasanam. Be aware of the posture, see the difference between awarenes and thought. Be aware of the posture, it is fixed now, not to move anymore. Keep the back well stretched. Be aware of the posture in the outside and then in the inside. Notice between the awareness and the body in posture there are no thoughts, between the awareness which is myself and the body, there is no mind as of now. When the mind comes, it comes with identification, with me and mine. Be aware of the mahamudra, signifying acceptance. Try to drop all walls of resistance, become spacelike, totally transparent. Be aware of the inner smile. A smile is not physical, it is the love of Being, the love of awareful Being. Be aware of the eyes, which are of course lightly closed. Sthira sukhamasanam. The awareful Being is aasanam, it is ever changeless, sthira, it is the love of Being, sukha. Watch the breath, develop the watchfulness by watching the breath and watch the mind. The mind is restless because of the imagination of doership and also of accomplishing things in the world. I am not the doer, the world being what it is, I   need not accomplish anything in particular, simply I Am. Watch the mind, mind becomes restless because of the sense of enjoyership, I am not the enjoyer. It is sheer ignorance to imagine oneself as the enjoyer. The world being what it is, I do not need to enjoy anything whatsoever of the world. Simply I Am, just Be. Already silent outwardly, now become silent inwardly. Drop all mental effort and just Be. Do not try to understand the inner silence, that is movement of the mind. Do not grasp the inner silence with the mind, drop all mental effort and just Be. A thought can as well come, see the thought arising as it arises , allow it go, don't cling to it, see that it is going and become silent. Experiment with yourself, allow the thought to go, see that it is going, it goes and just Be. When the thought comes, don't be annoyed, smile at it, it is going, let it go, just Be. When the thought comes, I surrender the thought and its content to Ishwara and let it go, just Be. When the mind starts to stir, remain alert, see it with a smile and   say chup, use the mind to still the mind and just Be. Chup, chup. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, continue to remain silent, don't feel as if the pressure is over. There is no pressure, it is just imagination. Be silent and be aware, one and the same. Be silent and be aware, it is not the same world anymore. Slowly open the eyes.
