AUM Shree Ganeshay NamaH. Now first look at the posture. If any changes are needed may be you can correct them now. Once you settled with a posture, you may not change it for the duration of this session. If you find the posture uncomfortable after a while and if you change it, again after some time you will find the new posture uncomfortable and so that goes on. Therefore having fixed the posture now, don't change it however uncomfortable it is or even however painful it is.  Shree Ganeshay Namah. I pray to lord Ganesha in my heart, who is the power behind the eyesight, behind the shrotra, the faculty hearing, behind the speech and also He is the intelligence behind the thought.   I visualise the same Ishwara in the hearts of all human beings, certainly all human beings, making them think, hear and see and the same Ishwara is in my heart and I surrender to Ishwara. Shree Gurubhyo NamaH Sthira sukhamasanam. Be aware of the posture, be aware of the mahamudra, signifying acceptance. When I accept what is, there is harmony, there is transparency in the mind, mind remains spacelike and actions happens if action needed. On the other hand, if I resist mentally or even cresent ? (9.00)what is , there is disharmony in the heart, can even lead to emotional distress and there is obesity in the mind in whatever you do will be a reaction. I see the difference and I accept, I accept the surroundings, any sound or any smell etc. Keep the back stretched, shoulders relaxed, smile on the lips, just smile. There is nothing that can stop the smile except our own imagination ? (12.30) Dakshinamurti mide. Whatever happens, I keep the smile. Pay attention to the eyes, see that they remain lightly closed. See the beauty of watching the eyes, when the mind remains silent and you become alert. When the mind is active, I am lost in the thought, I am not there. When the mind is silent, I truly Am. I Am the light behind the mind. There is a content of the mind and here I Am. Watch the eyes, there are opposites of the mind and here I Am, the light behind the mind. Watch the face, one become sleepy, remain alert. Don't allow the back go slack. There is the variety of the mind and here I Am, the light behind the mind. I am prior to the mind. Watch the eyes, keep the mind silent as you watch the eyes and see that you are prior to the thought. Thought has pleasure for some time, I Am prior to the thought. Thought has pain for some time, fine, I Am prior to the thought. Thought sleeps and thought wakes up and thought dreams and I Am prior to the thought. Watch the eyes, thought perceives and what thought perceives is called the world and I Am prior to the thought.   I Am the light that illuminates the world through thought, I Am. Watch the eyes. Thought conceives, imagines and I Am prior to the thought, I Am. I Am neither this nor that, I Am what I Am, just I Am. Aham asmi. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, keep the eyes closed and relax. Make I Am your home, in every occassion fall back into I Am. Slowly open the eyes.
