AUM Shree Ganeshay NamaH Mind has a very innate tendancy to wait. Mind is always waiting because mind is always in the future. In fact, there is no future other than the mind, that is how the present is always covered with the future. Mind waits, always waits, I am and I wait. In meditation also I AM and I wait for the next. Now break it, no wait, I am, not waiting for anything, just Be. The instructions come but you don't wait for anything. Shree Ganeshay NamaH . Just Be, do not wait. Shree Gurubhyo NamaH. Just Be, Sthira sukhamasanam. The mahamudra signifying acceptance, the straight back, relaxed shoulders, smile on the lips, smile is ever fresh and smile signifies samattvam, equinamity towards the opposites, samattvam yoga uchhatye. For example, when someone talks ill of me and I hear that I smile. In fact, I do not mind it, I smile. Going one step forward, in fact, I love the guy, I smile, samattvam yago ucchhatye. Be aware of the eyes, see that they are lightly closed. I Am. The aasana helps in abiding in myself, I Am. When I think of an object, I abide in the object, either attached or aversed, either way. When I think of a person, I abide in the person, either I like or dislike, still I abide in the person. I stop thinking of the object, I stop thinking of the person then I already abide in myself. Thinking of myself is not abidance in the self, I do not think of myself, I just AM. Abidance in the self is meditation, I just AM. I AM, I am prior to the world, first the world then I Am, wrong. First I Am then the world. World comes and goes as an object in the thought but always I AM. The world is neither me nor mine, the world belongs to the Creator whoever or whatever He may be. I surrender the world to Ishwara, I do not call anything of the world as mine. I simply note and even remind myself that I Am prior to the world. I AM, I AM. I Am prior to the body, body is only when I am conscious of the body. Body is a product of the nature, a creation of the Creator, it is not me, not mine. I surrender the body to Ishwara, I try, I try to surrender the body to Ishwara. Trying to surrender is the all important thing, I Am prior to the body, I Am prior to the mind, meaning emotions. Emotions are not me, not mine. Not only physiology but also psychology is a product of nature. I surrender emotions as they arise to Ishwara. As an emotion arises I become alert, I do not allow the emotion to pull me along, I just become alert, watchful, I step back. Look at the emotion and surrender to Ishwara, I Am prior to the mind. This is the mantra 'I Am prior to the mind'. I AM, I Am prior to perception, the perceived whatever the perceived is neither me nor mine. I am prior to the perception, I may perceive, I may not but I am prior to perception, I Am. I am prior to the intellect. Look at the intellect, it is cultivated, it is put in place by others, by nature, by Ishwara. It is cultivated, it is not me not mine, I am prior to the intellect. I am prior to conception, I am not a concept, I am prior to conception. I try to surrender the intellect to Ishwara, I know that it is the most difficult thing to do yet I try to disassociate from the intellect, to step back from the intellect and surrender to Ishwara. I Am. Mayyarpit manobuddhiH mame vaishyasi asamshayaH. Itry to surrender the body, the mind and the intellect to Ishwara and just Be, simply Be. Don't wait, don't seek reward, just Be. Never seek any reward from just Being, just Be. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH Relax, sit at ease, message the legs if necessary, that helps to cultivate self-reliance. Always try to step back from the mind. Slowly open the eyes.
