AUM Shree Ganeshay NamaH Shree Gurubhyo NamaH Sthira sukhamasanam.   As I sit straight, hands in the lap, with smile on the lips, eyes lightly closed, I am with myself, which is same as I am silent. I am silent when I was asleep, now I am again silent when I am myself. I am aware of my own Being, of course, reflected in the body. I know my Being, is same as I am, which is same as I am silent. I know my Being, I am, I am silent. I challenge you, do you know your Being or not ? Of course, I know my Being. You challenge yourself, do I know my Being or not ? Of course, I know. I know my Being. I know my Being. I know my Being. Explore, do I know my Being sometimes or always ? Do not answer. I know my Being occasionally or always. Very interesting. Explore, can I l know anything before I know my Being ? Interesting. Can I know anything before I know my own Being ? Can I know space as a given place etc. before I know my Being ? Can I know time as the present like morning, afternoon etc. or the past or future before I know my Being ? I know my Being. I know my Being timelessly. I know my Being irrespective of place. I know my Being before I know anything else. But it seems that I overlook this fact that I know my Being first and foremost, first and foremost I Am. I know my Being. Before I know pleasure I know my Being, I Am. Before I know pain, I know my Being. Before I know the designations father, mother, brother, sister, Indian, American etc. I know my Being,  Aadhi BuddhaH, ever Buddha, I know my Being. I need to stop overlooking this ever present truth, I know my Being. I Am. I Am. I need to give up all self definations and self designations which are fundamentally misleading, I know that I Am. I know, I Am. I am, I know. I....silence. Go deep into silence. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH.  Relax, sit at ease, keep the eyes closed. Develop love for silence.   Slowly open the eyes.
