I receive all as the blessing of Ishwara. Dhanyoham, I am blessed. Do not allow the mind to complain, do not exclude anything, I include all and all is the blessing of Ishwara, dhanyoham. Keep a smile on the lips, the smile signifies samattvam, equanimity. Look at the body, it is sama, samam kaya shirogrimam. Look at the breath, it is sama, pranapanau samou kruttva, nasabhyantar jarina, the prana and apana are sama. Look at the mind, keep it sama. Suppose I drop all anticipation and all expectation, I am sama. The mind is sama, I am sama, that is the meaning of inner smile, samoham, samoham. Watch the eyes, see that they are lightly closed, don't be grim in watching, be cheerful and smiling while watching. Do not look for anything special or peculiar, just watch. Keep the irises in the center of the eyes without any movement. As long as you keep the irises in the center without motion, the mind does not digrace. As the mind remains calm, it becomes pure. Try to focus both the eyes, keeping them closed, between the eyebrows. It's all very simple, focus both the eyes between the eyebrows, you try. Keep smiling, you are immersed in pure awareness.
