AUM Shree Ganeshay NamaH.  I am in the present moment, I am. Shree Gurubhyo NamaH Sthira sukhamasanam. Keep the eyes lightly closed, sport a smile on the lips. Be aware of the mahamudra. Try to convert all resistance into acceptance. It is an important internal shift. Dhanyoham. Watch the body, idam shariram, this body. Visualize the body as empty as shell, no organs, no inner organs, just a shell. That reduces the concern for body welfare, just visualize the body as totally empty shell, no organs. Keep a smile on the lips. I am still the same, the same awareness, kshetragnyoham. Be aware of the breath, do not control it, just be neutral watcher. Use the sense of touch at the tip of the nose, fix the mind there. Compare the sense of touch at the tip of the nose with the touch of the clothes, notice its subtle nature. The gross mind, mind concerns with gross things, is always agitated, whereas, as I focus on the subtle sense of touch, mind loses its fickle nature and becomes very subtle and also calm. In-out. Life and death, in is life, out is death. I am not affected, I remain the same awareness. Life and death are not opposed, they are complimentaries. In and out, drop in and out, just watch the breath. If there comes an emotion in the mind that changes the quality of breath, you can discover all that by watching the breath, that helps to master the emotions also. Now slowly disassociate from the breath and just Be, I Am. Now watch the mind, which means watch the thoughts, don't judge any thought, don't identify, don't oppose, just be neutral and watch. Don't allow the alertness or watchfulness to slip away, just keep it and watch. Don't complain, 'oh !, there is nothing to watch', just watch. If there is nothing to watch, that is great, you are the watchfulness, just be that. Remember the cat and its intensity as it waits for the mouse, amazing intensity and I evolute that intensity in watching for a thought. The mind has become very quiet, keep it that way, chup, chup and Be. Thoughts do rise, look at the thoughts not as coming but as going and just Be. If a thought comes, see that also as Brahman   and just Be. If multiple thoughts come, just I surrender the thoughts, mind and myself to Ishwara, just surrender, chup and Be. Drop the notion that I am not Brahman yet, and just Be. Know that you are the only obstacle for yourself to be Brahman and just Be. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, keep the eyes closed and relax. Keep the silence as far as possible. Slowly open the eyes.
