Shree Ganeshay NamaH I pray to lord Ganesha with a snese of devotion and self surrender and with a grace of Ishwara, I drop the world from the mind. As a way of gaining the real I negate the unreal by dropping the sense of doership, the effort to become something in the world, and enjoyership. I negate the personal history by dropping the past from the mind and be like a free space, not like furnished space. There is no freedom in furnishing, pyhsical or mental. Drop the future meaning anticipation and expectation. As I drop everything, now I Am, I Am now.  Shree Gurubhyo NamaH Sthira sukhamasanam. Sport a smile, keep the eyes lightly closed. Be aware of the mahamudra, dhanyoham. Awareness of the Being is the greatest gift,  dhanyoham. The vitality felt in every pore of the body is the supreme gift of God. I drop all negativity, all complaints and frustrations, dhanyoham. Look at the body, idam shariram, this body. If i identify with the body, I become a bag of bones, that is the worst calamity, this body. Refuse to identify with the body, this body. Watch the breath. I neither pull nor push, all happens by itself. Watch at the tip of the nose only. In-out, in-out. Explore the in and out, in has body sense, out doesn't have body sense. Body sense is birth and its absense is death. In is life, out is death. Be familiar with death as much as with life, they are always together. They happen, never happen to the witness, myself. In-out. Drop in and out and watch. If you watch well for a certain time, you will loose the sense of in and out altogether, you don't know which is in and which is out, just watch. Now slowly stop watching, take your time and just Be, I am in the heart. I Am and I chant the sacred mantra Aum NamaShivaya... Aum NamaShivaya... Aum NamaShivaya, Aum NamaShivaya. The mantra eminates from the heart and not the head.  Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Pay attention to the silence between chants.  Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Increase the gap and pay attention to the long silence.  Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...If the mind is moving in the silence, increase the silence  Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya... Thus the mind loses the distraction now increase the silence again  Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Increase the silence further,  Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Last two times and then merge in the silence,  Aum NamaShivaya...Aum NamaShivaya...Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, keep the eyes closed and relax. Ihcrease the depth of silence within by rejecting worldly activity to required extent. Slowly open the eyes.
