Shree Ganeshay NamaH. Devotion and self surrender while praying to Ishwara, an effort to drop vasana of doership and enjoyership called samsara vasana, of the past and future called kala vasana. I am not a walking history, I am not the process, I am. I am always in the present, I am the present, I am the presence the Being, simply I am, aham asmi, aham asmi. Shree Gurubhyo NamaH Sthira sukhamasanam. Watch the eyes that focuses the mind, sport a smile and recognize the grace of Ishwara in life through the mahamudra. Mahamudra signifies acceptance of the present. Mind always resist what is, degree of resistance varies but mind always resist what is. I notice this quality of mind in me, I try to drop the resistance by accepting the present as a blessing of Ishwara, not grudgingly accepting but cheerfully accepting. I accept what is in myself, in the immediate family and in the society. I see the resistance of the mind, it is very clearly visible but I pray to Ishwara and accept, try to accept what is. Look at the body idam shariram, this body, this heart, hrudayam. I am, aham asmi. I am is the reflection of the atman   in the heart. The infinite conditioned by the heart appears as I am. I am connected to the infinite, not to the finite body. I am universal, not the finite body, and my goals are universal, not the finite goals of the ego. Taking the heart as center, I send the message of peace and harmony in the direction of east that is ahead of me. I send message of peace and love in the west, in the south and in the north. Sarve bhavantu sukhinaH, sarve bhavantu sukhinaH. I need not pray,' may I be happy', I have to pray, 'sarve bhavantu sukhinaH'   that includes my happiness too. Watch the breath, make the back straight, cheerfully watch the breath. Make it slow. Use the stomach muscles to make it slow. Be aware of the silence or gap, that silence is the origin of the breath. Chant mentally Aum while exhaling,  Aum is again originating from the same silence. Now you add akamoham to Aum, Aum akamoham, Aum akamoham, I am desireless. Now abhayoham, I am fearless. Now asangoham, I am detached. Aum asangoham. Finally anandoham, I am the fullness, the peace. Aum anandoham. Come back to simple Aum. Last round, disassociate from the breath and just Be.  Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease. Slowly open the eyes.
