Having watched the eyes, sport a smile, inner smile that signifies samattvam, yogas tvaya proktaH samyen madhusudana. Hey Shree Krishna, you taught the yoga, the sadhana that is essentially samattvam, sameness. The entire nature is sama, Prithivi is sama upholding all alike. AapaH   is sama, quenching the thirst of all alike. In the same way heat, agniH,   is sama, giving heat to all. Vayu is sama, giving life to plant kingdom, animals and humans alike. Aakasha is sama, bestowing spaciousness to all. Body is sama, breath is sama, only the mind is vishama. Lord Shree Krishna teaches the yoga of sama, samoham. With the help of the inner smile, I am same, equanimous to pleasure and pain, to prosperity and adversity, to friend and foe. Samoham...samoham. Be aware of the mahamudra, I am blessed by the abundance of the grace of Ishwara. Look at the body as this, idam. Not unlike this pot, this body. Feel the aliveness in the lower part of the body. Slowly familiarise yourself with the aliveness and then stay with it. Don't allow the mind to create a distraction, just stay with the aliveness in the lower half of the body. Feel the aliveness in the stomach, chest, hands, the backbone, you may stretch it, and head. Feel the aliveness in the hands and legs together, the entire body. I am the aliveness, I am the formless in the form, I am the spaceless in the spacebound. Feel the aliveness in the entire body, I am the timeless in the timebound. I am the life in unreal living situations. Go deep. Slowly shift the focus to the eyes from the body. Keep the smile, back stretched. Focus the irises in the center of the eyes and then focus both the eyes between the center of the eyebrows and merge in the deep silence of awareness.
