AUM Shree Ganeshay NamaH I prostrate unto lord Ganesha with a sense of devotion and self surrender. I look at my attachment to the world, the world does not attach to me, I attach myself to the world, through kartuttva and bhoktruttva. As I pray to Ishwara, I drop the sense of doership which means I don't need to become anything in this world, sense of enjoyership, which means I do not need anything of this world for happiness. I pray to Ishwara and drop bhuta, the past, the entire structure of memory and I stand non-historic, I am. Also I drop the future, which means I drop all expectation, all of it, I am. Now I am ready to meditate, Shree Gurubhyo NamaH, Sthira sukhamasanam. The posture as I see confers felicity to the mind, I see it. Watch the eyes, a smile, a faint smile. Notice the mahamudra, that signifies the blessing of Ishwara in life. Watch the body as this, idam shariram, and feel the aliveness in the lower portion of the body, the aliveness slowly deepens. Feel the aliveness in the stomach, chest, both hands, backbone and the head, both hands and legs, the entire body. Notice that the aliveness is formless, the form belongs to the body alone. I am the formless in the form. In aliveness, there is no sense of a particular place. Aliveness is timeless, it is always now. Aliveness is free from the opposites of living, the issues of living, it is the life behind the living yet free from the opposites of living. Aliveness is a deep silence. This silence of aliveness is my ground, my true home. The aliveness is the being suffused with vitality. As aliveness I am not a particular person, I am one with life. Go deep, merge in the deep silence of aliveness. Shivoham...Shivoham. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Shree Krishnarpanmastu. Relax, keep the eyes closed, sit at ease, massage the legs if necessary, relax. Meditation is not an effort, it is the Being and hence we do not expect anything from it, we don't need to expect anything. It is an offering to Ishwara.   If practised regularly the aliveness meditation, one seldom becomes seek. Slowly open the eyes.
