AUM I drop the content of the mind. In fact, I try not to be attached to the content of the mind. Still the mind is available when I want to make use of it. As I am attached to the content of the mind, the mind is no more available for any useful purpose. I allow the content to drop. I am aware of the seat and I pray, 'O Prithivi, you are upheld by Ishwara and in turn you uphold me. You uphold this body, my salutations unto you.' Shree Ganeshay NamaH Shree Gurubhyo NamaH. Look at the posture, samam kaya shirogrivam dharayan achalam sthiraH. As I keep the body in this posture, I command the body. Instead of being commanded by the body, as I sit in this posture, I reverse the situation. I look at the body as this body and I am aware of the body. Upavishya asane unjyad yogam atmavishudhaye. I sit in this posture, I sit in the posture for good. I drop all the palns of activities to be pursued later, the plans that are in the mind are dropped. In fact, I need not do anything in this world  and also I need not derived anything from this world. I give up the attachment to actions and sit in the posture and I Am, aham asmi. Sport a smile on the lips, this is the inner smile, signifies samattvam, sameness. There may be an ongoing issue in life, something or other, small or big is always there, that cannot be changed because life throws up all kinds of challenges but I can surely change my response, my attitude and the inner smile brings such a change, samoham. I am equanimous, samoham. Watch the breath. Now make it slow and also deep at the same time. The back must be straight. Breath in slowly and deeply and breath out again slowly and completely. You should note two points in the context of pranayama; one, it requires regular practise to achieve any perfection in it, so you should persue it with patience, two, don't underestimate its value, don't be decieved by the apparent simplicity of the process. Breath in slowly and breath out slowly. See if the body has become tight in doing so, if you notice any such tightness or grimness, just drop it, be relaxed, sport a smile and continue, but keep the back straight. Don't allow the mind to wander away. In case the mind wanders away, bring it back with a smile and just be with breathing by keeping it slow and deep. Inhalation and exhalation put together is a round, now you may do the last two rounds. Slowly disassociate the mind from the breathing and focus on the eyes, see that the eyes are partially closed. Keep the irises in the center of the eyes. As long as you keep the irises in the center of the eyes, remain thoughtless as the pure awareness. Thus you are connected to your own Being. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease and relax. The inner organs of the chest, the diaphragm and stomach muscles get nicely massaged as you practised deep breathing. Slowly open the eyes.
