AUM. Drop the content of the mind and be the undefined, undesignated awareness. Meditation is commanding the content of awareness, yata chittaH, I command the content of the awareness. It is same as saying I command the body-mind, yata chittatma. As meditator I command, I dictate the body-mind, of course, with love. I am a yogi. Be aware of the seat, the mat, the floor connected with Prithivi. O Prithivi, you are upheld by Ishwara, you in turn uphold me. My prostrations unto you. Shree Ganeshay NamaH. I prostrate to lord Ganesha with devotion and a sense of surrender. Shree Gurubhyo NamaH. Upavishyasame unijyad yogam. I drop all ideas of the things to be done in the world and the ideas of the things to be enjoyed in the world. Sthira sukhamasanam. Asana is a portal to my own Being, the incessant movement of the mind keeps me away, as though, from my own Being. Whereas asana functions as a portal to my own Being, I Am. Not the idea I am, not the thought I am but the feeling I Am. Pure I Am is pure Being, awareful Being. Vitthala, Vitthala. The Being is love, Vitthala.  Be aware of the body, idam shariram, idam shariram. Consider the possibility what if I am not this body, sometimes the possibility may be even frightening but still consider the possibility. Idam shariram. Be aware of the lower portion of the body, it is Prithivi. Always in touch of Prithivi, made up of Prithivi, primarily. Be aware of the abdomen as aapaH, waters. Be aware of the stomach as agniH, vaishwanara agniH, aham vaishwanara bhutwa praninam dehamaashrita, Shree Krishna. The agni is not personal, it is the power of Ishwara interpenetrating all living   beings. Be aware of the chest, it is vayu. I notice the infinite reflecting as vayu, the wind, in this finite body. Breath connects the finite with the infinite. This vision is a great upasana, mental worship, namaste vayo twameva pratyaksham brahmasi. Be aware of neck and above as aakasha, the throat is aakasha, the mouth is aakasha, nostrils, ears, eye sockets, the sinus, these all aakasha predominently, space. Be aware of the entire body as this body, the conglomerate of five elements, pancha bhuta, and abide in the heart as I am. I am is the ground of body and mind, just be the feeling I am, aham asmi, aham asmi. Aum Just Be.  ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease. A calm mind is a strong mind, relax. Slowly open the eyes.
