AUM   Drop the entire content of the mind and see how it feels just to Be. Shree Ganeshay NamaH Shree Gurubhyo NamaH Sthira sukhamasanam.  Asana signifies the love, sukha of Sthira, Be. I love to Be, not anything in particular, I just love to Be. Look at the posture, it is sama. Be conscious of, be aware of the sameness in the posture. All creation is sama, posture is part of creation, body in posture is sama and hence the natural state, sahaja stithi. Notice the breath. There is a marvellous symmetry, samattvam in a breath. The trees breath in and breath out, the animals and birds breath in and breath out, the entire humanity breaths in and breaths out. I breath in and breath out or even better this body breaths in and breaths out. Where are differences, where is vishama ? It is all sama. Life itself is sama. Sport a smile on the lips. I try to cultivate sameness in the mind, vishama   against the truth, against the nature, sameness, equanimity of the mind, accepting the opposites with a smile. The sameness of the mind integrates the individual with the truth, with the reality. Obliqueness of the mind like raga and dwesha seperate the individual from the truth. Samoham, I am sama. The catch is in the mind, samoham. Look at the body, this body, idam shariram. Be aware of the lower portion of the body from toes to the seat, including the loins, this is prithivi, the earth, predominently prithivi, there is some water but predominently prithivi. The touch is prithivi, the mat is prithivi, the floor is prithivi, all of it is the same, prithivi. Compositions are different but essentially it is all prithivi. Don't look at it as legs, knees etc., just look at it as prithivi. It helps to overcome identification, prithivi. Change of name changes the thinking, it is prithivi. Watch the abdomen, it is aapaH, waters, abdomen is waters. Watch the   tummy, it is fire, the fire of digestion. The tissue is secondary, primarily it is the fire of digestion, the subtle fire of digestion pervading the entire tummy. The fire burning 24/7. This fire is not personal, it is universal, vaishvanara agniH. Vaishvana, meaining common to all living beings. Watch the chest, it is vayu, the wind. Stop thinking in terms of hearts, lungs etc. , drop all nomenclature, stay with the name vayu. Vayu is the gross form of the infinite, perceivable form of the infinite, namaste vayo tvameva pratyaksham brahmasi. Be aware of the space, neck and above, the throat is space, predominently space, the mouth, ears, nostrils, all is space, eye sockets, the sinus, aakasha. All of it is mainly aakasha. This body, idam shariram,   is the conglomerate of the five elements, put together by the nature, prakriti, sustained by the nature, prakriti, eventually merges into the nature. I am the body is wrong, wrong, wrong, I am aware of the body, kshetragnyoham. Aum ShantiH ShantiH ShantiH. Relax, sit at ease, relax. Slowly open the eyes.
